I was in there about three weeks ago to get a tattoo from Lance. It was a last minute decision but it was worth it. It came out beautifully. My father has passed just a few days before and a tattoo seemed a good way to process the loss. I wasn't impressed with the "customer service" though. It seemed like an inconvenience for them to schedule an appointment. They treated me like they were retail workers just earning a paycheck instead of proudly being an artist. But even though I didn't feel welcome, I felt Lance would do the job well. And he did!! I love my tattoo. I have 10 now and this new one is probably the prettiest with clean lines and amazing shading. It's my only black and white tattoo and now I want more black/white art on my body. I'm going to be back at the end of May with my best friend from California for my 30th high school reunion. She wants to get a tattoo with me there. I'm a little hesitant because I didn't feel welcome BUT I think Lance is very talented. He's not great at customer service but I might be able to look past that like I did last time. Overall, I LOVE my tattoo. It will always be for my Father, even though he hated tattoos. Thanks again Lance.

We had a memorial piece done. We drove 3 hours each way to get it done. We LOVE it. Will took the time to share a few professional opinions and made several adjustments so it was better than we hoped. Very clean and very professional establishment . Worth every penny and then some. The chatter from the silent partner was really fun too. You guys are awesome. We will be back soon

So grab a snack because this is kind of a long one. I just got my first tattoo. But it wasn't through Redemption. I first scheduled my appointment on Friday and I was really excited and anxious at the same time to get my first tattoo. When I called, Will made me feel like my service wasn't his priority which is a big deal when you're making a decision to get ink put on your body. Then I wanted to reschedule to get my tattoo sooner and Lance picked up. When I spoke to Lance, he was very disrespectful and made me feel very unwelcome. I understood that he couldn't reschedule an appointment that wasn't his, but if a potential paying customer is trying to receive a service from your business, you should always treat them with the most respect possible. I ended up going to Body Electric in Shreveport and I had a much better experience than I would have had at Redemption. Whether it's your first tattoo or your 18th, you should always feel comfortable with the person that is putting a needle to your skin. I suggest taking the drive that's only a few minutes more and go to Body Electric in Shreveport. Better experience and MUCH nicer people there. Just sayin.

**So starting off - I didn't get a tattoo here. But about 5 of my girlfriends did.** We found this place through Yelp and decided to give it a try given it's the only shop in Shreveport with 5 stars. This place is extremely clean and very professional - well for a tattoo shop. Lance did about 4 small tattoos, one being a Batman one which turned out awesome! I would definitely recommend this place!

I came in with a pretty out of the ordinary tattoo request. I wanted a tattoo of a watercolor painting. Will took the time to go over the piece with me to pick out what I liked about the piece and how best to translate it to a tattoo. I really appreciate that he went out of his comfort zone and I came away with the perfect tattoo. He really captured what I liked best about the piece. Shop was clean and comfortable. I was in there about three weeks ago to get a tattoo from Lance. It was a last minute decision but it was worth it. It came out beautifully. My father has passed just a few days before and a tattoo seemed a good way to process the loss. I wasn't impressed with the "customer service" though. Went there for my first tattoo and it was awesome! Came out really well. They were very nice and had someone come in from home because there was no one available at the shop. The shop is small and looks like it wouldn't be much but they do really good work.

Great place!! Very clean. Lance did my magnolia flower on my shoulder and did a great job. He was super friendly and fun to talk to as well. Definitely recommend this place!

Love this place! Will was able to draw exactly what I had imagined and he did a great job! They are so nice and professional and the time I spent there was not long at all but my tattoo was not rushed...
