Everybody was very friendly and nice. I’m really bad with pain and I barely felt any when I got my piercing! However Dany (I believe that was his name) didn’t use a clamp on my navel so it is extremely crooked. I also was never informed about after care. Would not recommend. Went here to get my nipples pierced a while back only to be told today by a professional piercer that they were done completely wrong. I had to take my piercings out and now have to wait a month for them to heal so I can get them re-pierced. It's sad and frustrating for several reasons, not only did I just throw 60+ dollars away (how I felt when I threw the old piercings in the trash), but I also feel cheated and taken advantage of. Didn't own up to mistake made by piercer Artist pierced my wife's ear and when he went to put the end on dropped it inside her ear. Then pushed it further in when trying to get it out which resulted in a visit to urgent care and an 80 dollar bill. Shop refused to own up to it and blamed my wife for the whole incident. Took a friend to Art Addiction for an easy outline tattoo. We were helped as soon as we walked in the door and put in the chair quickly after that. It was a very basic tattoo that maybe was slightly over priced but done well and my friend said he would probably go back for his next one. Read Less

Went to Art Addiction yesterday as a walk in. When I went in, my first impression was that the place was very clean, and good vibes. A sweet lady named Syble asked of she could help me, so I sat down and started throwing some ideas around for my tattoo, she was very attentive and sweet while listening and also putting in her opinion about the design. I came back at my appointment time and she was welcoming yet again. She made me comfortable as possible and started my tattoo. Very professional, sweet and great work done by this lady. I came in to get my first tattoo, and when i showed the artist what i wanted, he laughed and told me it was stupid. and he didn't leave it at that, he continued to ridicule me and the tattoo, leaving me basically speechless. and not only this, but he REFUSED to do the tattoo. told me he would do "almost anything but not that". i was furious. another artist did approach me as i was leaving to apologize for his rudeness, which was very nice. but as for Marc, i believe his name was, he was very rude and obnoxious. i left and went to Walk in Warrior tattoos, and they gave me exactly what i wanted. i won't be returning and i will be sharing this with anyone i know who wants a tattoo, and will not refer them to here. This tattoo place has to be the best one i have went to. I am extremely picky about my tattoos and one of the artists, Parris, helped me figure out the perfect one based off of what I told him i wanted. Cool little place and I'm very happy to say I got my first tattoo here! Devin was the artist who worked on my tattoo and I couldn't be happier with the way it turned out. He is very meticulous and will take his time to make sure it comes out the way you want it to. I was impressed by how great his drawing turned out considering the picture I gave him. Glynn gave me my fourth and largest tattoo.  It was a coverup from my first one. He was amazing. We met and he worked up a design based on some ideas we talked about together. He showed me his design a few days later, when he said he would.  On the day of the tattoo, he showed me all the new needles and equipment he was using, still in the plastic.  He was thoroughly professional, and I would definitely recommend. Very welcoming place! Ultra clean.  Had Kristin work on a cover up for me and she was so gentle that I actually dozed off during some of the work!! The healing is going well and I am not even soar from the experience! Would recommend to any tattoo loving patron or first timer! Read Less
