Joe has been working on a cover up for me that other shops would not touch. (told me to get laser) I am no longer embarrassed to wear capri's or skirts...he still has some jacked up text on my foot to fix...he is amazing. Also had a cover up on my wrist and some text for a memorial of my best friend.Stephanie did them and did great. I get compliments all of the time and enjoy seeing my tattoo on my wrist! Very unhappy with this place. My husband bought me a $100.00 gift certificate last year for my birthday. I ended up getting pregnant and am not able to use the gc. It is now expired. My husband called and left messages for weeks to ask about this with no call back. When he went in to the shop yesterday he was told, it's not my fault your wife got pregnant. Finally they said they would honor half of the certificate. When my husband asked about receiving a tattoo on his leg he was quoted $300.00 for a name tattoo on his leg. He already has our two other childrens names on his leg, one cost $150.00 and one was $200.00. Needless to say we will not be going to this shop. Horrible customer service! Read Less

Ink & Skin has been by far the best tattoo experience that I have ever had. Totally different from the other shops that I have visited in the aspect that most of the others just want you to pick a tattoo off of a wall and slap it on your body. Not these guys, they want to actually make art to put on your body. Joe did a amazing job fixing up/covering up a bad tattoo that I had gotten in FL on vacation a few yrs back. I only have a couple of Tattoo's but Joe has done both and will do any others I get. His attention to detail, and willingness to produce exactly what the customer wants, (In my case a 1940's style pinup) means the customer will always get just the tattoo he or she asked for. Shop is clean, neat, well and organized. Joe and his fellow artists are the nicest folks i have met and always willing to make the customer feel at ease. He even caters to chickens who have never gotten a tattoo and explains everything in detail and his prices are well on par. Ink & Sin Studios is easily one of the best tattoo shops in Kentucky. Joe, the main artist/owner, has such a professional attitude when it comes to any questions or concerns regarding tattoos. The prices are beyond fair, and the atmosphere is amazing. The shop is ALWAYS extremely clean, and the shop owner takes good precautions to keep it that way. I've gotten eight tattoos from this shop so far, and each time the service has been top-notch. Best thing about this shop is that the artists will be completely honest with you about a tattoo idea, and placement. They will let you know if the placement you initially want for a certain tattoo would look right or not. They really look out for their customers. 10/10. Highly recommend.
