Another amazing day at Baldy's Tattoo Parlor getting some ink added to the sleeve by my man Damon. First, if you haven't stopped by Baldy's in Radcliff lately, you're missing out. The team there has totally rearranged the customer waiting area and the place looks extremely sharp. You should definitely stop in and check it out. Second, I am constantly amazed by the amazing artwork coming out of the shop. Baldy, Damon and Brado are all professionals who go to great lengths t...o make sure that their customers' vision is turned into reality! Also, I know there are multiple shops in Radcliff and Etown to choose from but when customers are in and out of the shop all day long making appointments, getting ink, and just hanging out...you know you're in the right place. Also, when you have to wait to get on the schedule because your artist is booked, that's no accident. It's because their work rocks and they're in high demand. Trust me, I've been in all the other shops in town and they simply don't compare. Finally, here's another pro-tip...if you walk into a local shop and they quote you some unbelievable price, be ready to pay full price later to get that original, unbelievably priced garbage, covered up. Remember...Cheap Tattoos are not good, and Good Tattoos are not cheap. If the shop you're looking to use is offering a Groupon deal, you're probably not in the right place 😂. I went in wanting two piercings. Septum and medusa. Didn't get either because apparently all of the piercers septums had turned out as and he didn't do medusas(lip piercing). I was told it would be $40 for the one piercing. Which is insane. I didn't even get to talk to the actual piercer himself. Rude service except for one lady there was very sweet about the whole situation. I'll stick to Tatu where they're friendly and actually give you what you came for. Read Less

For 17yrs I've gradually watched the progress of the artists mature and turn skin art into a wonderful memory for anyone to have. Baldy's if freaking amazing! Planning many trips from NC to get more work done by Brado! My only regret is not finding him sooner. My hubby has sleeves that Brado will be fixing up so they look better... he had work done by multiple people over time and Brado is by far the best. I love that I was able to come in and throw out some ideas and Brado put his spin on it and artistic talent and I now have an amazing piece of art that has real meaning to me. Baldy has taken care of me and my dad and a few of my friends and family on numerous occasions. Of my 7 tattoos he's done 6 and I almost regret the one I went elsewhere for.
