I came in a few months ago and received two piercings. As far as customer service goes, everyone was nice. My piercer even seemed nice. I give a two because one of my piercings was "too small for my anatomy" it literally bled everyday for two months. I never went in to have it checked because I moved out of state maybe a week after. So I do my research here where I live and I found a spot to change it out. It starting bleeding as soon as they removed it because it had been squeezing my skin too tight. No privacy in this place . Getting tatts/piercings in places that require you to remove clothing and there's random people walking in and out of the room - other artists , friends of the artists , spouses , children , friends of the children , and even other customers - just walk into the room and sit or stand over you , watching like you're on display . Very annoying . Pretty bad about keeping appointments as well . Came in for an appointment and the artist was tattooing someone else because he forgot about my appointment . Had other appointments scheduled and would come in and the artist wasn't there . What's worse is no one bothers to call the client to save them a trip or reschedule . Very unprofessional. Read Less

The staff was very energetic and welcoming, they squeezed us in at the last minute and did a wonderful job. I got my nose pierced by Brandon about a month ago. He is very kind and made me feel comfortable during the process and after. He was very thorough in explaining to me cleaning and what to expect with my new piercing during healing. Loved it doesn't even describe how much I love this place. It's clean and very friendly. I even have a custom peice that over 400 people on my Facebook has liked. At least 200 or more people have stopped me in public and ask where I got it and they say that they have never seen such superb artwork here in Virginia or anywhere they've ever been I have people's names that want me to contact them if Robbie ever comes to Virginia. Lol this place is a joke they charged a friend of mine a arm and a leg to put in color and words and didn't put all the letters in it color is falling out and it looks like shit and she was told she would have to come back for a touch up I have never had to go back for a touch up once mine was done.... so don't waste your time or money Read Less

Went to get a couple cartilage piercings, Brandon is very nice and good at what he does, it's been a week and so far I haven't had any issues with my piercings, barely any swelling and no signs of infection at all. I came in about a week ago just on a whim to get a small tattoo. I had met a couple of the guys a few years ago when they lived in California. So it was nice to see some semi familiar faces. All of the artists were friendly,  knowledgeable, and professional. The shops very clean and well lit. They even gave me a birthday discount. Which made me super excited because I was sad to be turning 30. Shh don't tell anyone. Reece did my tattoo and I absolutely love it!
