I didn't get anything done, but my daughter did. Loni pierced her ears for us. My little one is only 6 years old and Loni worked really with her. She helped us talk her back up when she sat down and got nervous. It was quick and (mostly) painless and she let Ella take a little break between ears. My cartilage was pierced in the correct spot. I was under the impression the metal was surgical steel. It wasn't. So I had an allergic reaction because it would never heal. Even weeks after I took it out because the infection was so bad. Never going back. Read Less

I got a tattoo from Austin Wingfield tonight(11/18/17). He did an AMAZING JOB!!!! I have many other tattoos including one I’m still having done at another studio. I am from Philadelphia, PA which is where the other one is being done and I know a lot of very talented artists and Austin just got added to that list. I stopped by last night and the place was packed talked to Melissa who set the appointment up for me with Austin. I went in Saturday told him what I wanted and in 2 hours he exceeded my expectations. Great Job. If and when I’m back in the area I will return. One more thing I want to add based on negative reviews I read here. They use Eternal Inks, which happens to be one of the best inks on the market the top shops in Philly and New York use Eternal Ink. They do not cut corners. Read Less

I've had a total of 6 tattoos done at Lady Luck now, by both Eddie & Erin. I asked Eddie to do a touch-up on a tattoo I had done years ago & he basically redid the tattoo, beautifully, & only charged me for a touch-up. He has since done 4 more tattoos for me & they all turned out great. And when there were holes, as there are with any artist, he stood by his work & touched it up no charge. Erin took a horrible tattoo I had done 16 years ago & turned it into an absolute work of art. Even my mom loves it, & she HATES tattoos!! I've read some of the reviews on here & I've never seen a bunch of people hanging around unless they were customers, the place is always clean, the needles are always sterile, & everyone who works there has a great, friendly, & helpful personality. I plan to get more tattoos & there is no where else I will ever go & no one else who will ever put ink on my skin. I have only ever had one tattoo done here but I cannot thank them enough for the amazing job they did on the tattoo I requested in memory of my great grandmother. It has faded quite a bit, but it was also done over 7 years ago & is in color, which I have heard does fade quicker. They did tell me I could come back to get it touched up for free, but I never made it back, so I'm sure that has also added to the fading. It was a very pleasant & comfortable experience. It was my first tattoo, which I told them & they gave me $5 off the price because of this, so that was a small plus I was not expecting. I was only charged $45 for the tattoo I received which I believed was an amazing deal for the quality & size of the work they did. I did feel lightheaded & dizzy halfway through the tattooing process, which they explained to me was common as some people's blood sugar can drop when getting a tattoo done. They kindly gave me a break & afterward I was completely fine to finish. I also had body piercings done here & they were very professional & very quick with the work. They misspelled my son's name on my tattoo even though I sent multiple messages with his name spelled correctly. It was supposed to be a white tattoo, they use a stencil even though I asked them not to, so now my white tattoo is permanently gray. The "artist" was so heavy handed, the tattoo is a complete scar, and it got infected. They are the most unprofessional example of a business I have ever heard of or experienced.
