Put a deposit down for a tattoo. I was told it would be drawn up and ready within 2 weeks. I made contact numerous times and there was always an excuse. It has been a month and a half, still no response from Spencer or the shop manager. I lost the deposit they will not even offer a refund. I had a tattoo done a year ago here by Jeremiah Swift and he did a awesome job on it and the color is so much brighter and hasn't faded at all like the rest of mine I have had some in the state of Texas. No one in Murray has the jewelry that I carry from Industrial Strength I am the only IS. authorized dealer in Murray KY period!! So they can't have the same clickers I do. My septum clickers are $200 for a good reason. They are made from implantation grade titanium and hand polished to a mirror finish with hand-set quality gemstones. No glues used, and the jewelry is not steel or a mystery metal like the other piercing studios in my area. High quality titanium jewelry is all I use for initial piercings. Read Less

Jay Harvill was so nice and friendly when I went in, I've been having problems with my daith piercing for months and he not only replaced my rings, he also gave me some much needed information about how my piercing was doing and why it hurt. I have numerous tattoos from ain't that art. It's hands down the best, cleanest, most professional shop around ( and I've been to a bunch). The guys are great and very knowledgeable. Jason does all my stuff period. Jason is the kind of tattooist that goes the extra mile to make sure his work stands out. If your looking for a cheap fast tattoo this isn't the place for you. If your looking for a tattoo that you can be truly proud of this is the place. (Remember tattoos are permanent). Went in for our first tattoo yesterday. My wife was extremely nervous Ryan not only calmed her nervousness, but did a excellent job of recreating our infant sons footprints, whom we lost at birth, and enclosing them in a open heart design. This had been a dream of hers for years, and he beautifully created it for her, while consistently belaying her discomfort through distraction and conversation. I've received both tattoos and piercings from the professionals at Ain't That Art, and I'm in love with it all. The tattoo was exactly what I wanted, and the piercing I received was perfect. It was even, perfectly placed, and almost painless. The employees are friendly, professional, and very skilled. Each artist has a well-developed portfolio, which is easily viewable on their website. The shop itself is really clean and organized, and a fresh needle is used for every piercing and tattoo. Then, following each procedure, proper aftercare instructions are given to ensure the work heals properly.
