I wouldnt even give them 1 star! DO NOT COME HERE FOR PIERCINGS !!!! You will wait 2+ hours for the piercer.. IF she shows up! This is the 3rd time I've tried getting a piercing in the past 2 weeks and it's always the same! I called around 3 to see if the piercer was there.. they said yes! So i come around 4 and the BOARD says she'll be returning around 5. Well, I go shopping, get a shirt made, eat.. its 450 so I go back. And wait until 6:30 (seen 2 people get tatooed, employees just ignored me) before I finally said something. Once I did, the non chalant employee at the desk said that the piercer is PART OWNER and she doesn't know. Could you call her or anything? No. Well she end up reaching out (2nd time) saying it'll be 20 minutes (after she said a hour & 30 minutes ago that she'd be there in 30 minutes). Here it is 725 and I just decided to leave. I can't believe I sat there that long.. this is the 3rd time I've tried getting services in the past 2 weeks. They dont give a f**ck because they are going to be "closing here soon anyways"( said the other employee). NEVER experienced such.. DONT GO DONT GO!

If you're looking for beyond distinguished work and an artist who is extremely passionate in what he does, go see Robert Taylor. I now have two pieces of work from him, and am in complete love with both. I'm a very picky person and much of a perfectionist, especially with my tattoos. He gets this and goes beyond my expectations and presents me with a masterpiece I love showing off. The shop is dope, the people are awesome, and the equipment he uses is the best out there. Plus, he always has a kickass playlist on. You honestly can't go wrong. Now, if you are looking for cheap work by someone who is just trying to make a buck, go somewhere else because this isn't the place for you. I would advise not going that route though because you know, tattoos are permanent... haha Much love and appreciation for you Robert Taylor!!
