Ice and willing to honor something I was told by a previous artist that had moved to a new location so I was very happy with that but the artist that did my tattoo on my left shoulder blade made some lines very thick and some lines very thin I tried to call a while back to see about a touch up (which they said would be free for the first touch up) but the guy who answered (didn't get his name) said "I can't help you and hung up) now I'm going to have to go to someone and PAY to correct this mistake.I will not be going back! Went back to Kentucky Tattoo yesterday to get two new tattoos. Shawn poked me first a couple years ago for my Dad's RIP tat. Troy poked me yesterday for my Moms RIP tat. Casper and Minnie Mouse held hands for over 50 years and thanks to these two gentlemen, they will be holding hands for a little bit longer. Most of the staff are friendly and have great energy. The tattoos I got turned out fantastic. I would have given them 5 stars, however... one member of the staff was incredibly rude and acted like my asking questions or asking him to redraw the parts of my tattoo that I didn't like was offensive to him. I am not talking about some huge change. I am talking about "I want the heart a little smaller and on the other side" and while he was still on paper with it. It wasn't like he had already put it on my arm. He was making me feel very uncomfortable about him putting something on my body permanently, to the point where I almost left. However, due to his irritation with my wanting him to change the tat he decided to ask another member of the staff to do it. IDR the first mans name but the second mans name was Zack. Zack did a wonderful job. I was so impressed with him. I will definitely be going back to him for any future tattoos I get. Read Less

I had visited plenty of piercing shops and this was by far my favorite place. The piercer was super nice and welcoming, got rid of all my anxiety immediately. The place was clean and decorative, definitely a nice touch. Funnily enough he had just come back from lunch when we walked in, but that didn't make much of a difference. He got us signed in, got cleaned up, and got the piercing done in about 15 minutes. I was very impressed. On top of that he was funny, kind, and very informative. It was about 10:15 pm when I walked in for a spur of the moment piece that I wanted to get to remember my grandpa by. There was only one person there, and when he saw what I wanted, he seemed very excited to help me out. He did a great job on my tattoo, was super friendly, and was just a joy to talk to. Initially, I liked my tattoo, even though he didn't use the blue color I wanted. Once healed, I noticed part of it wasn't filled in. Thinking this oversight was covered in their guarantee, I figured I'd return to the shop to get it filled free of charge. Little did I know, he took it as an insult, got nasty with me in front of my daughter, got REALLY unprofessional and mockingly told me to "have a nice day". I was highly upset by this even though it's been a few years. I plan to get this tat covered up by an artist that's professional and takes pride in client satisfaction.
