Terrible staffing and don't have a clue how to run a business, scheduled an apt., and received automated confirmation from my phone. Took time off work showed up on time for them to tell me I am not scheduled , referred me to another help desk for them to tell me try next door, finally after long wait asked me for payment before even seen , what kind of business runs that way ? Took alot for me to even want to go to a doctor and to deal with this mess , i won't be going back nor will I ever refer or say a good word about that place. Read Less

I took my daughter to start on an acne treatment four weeks ago. We met Dr. Roth who checked her acne and a couple of cysts and recommended a cream to address both. There was no skin care advice or instructions on prescription use. It was a short 5 minute appt. My daughter even commented that he seemed to be in a rush. We later found out that the cream is ~$500 for a month's supply, so the pharmacy didn't fill it until they speak to us. They called the office to get an approval for a generic cream, no response. I followed up and left a message, 1 week later no response. I called my health insurance. They needed Dr Roth to approve so they called his office, no response. I called the office again 2 weeks later; the ladies on the phone, Courtney and Amanda, just forwarded me straight to the same nurse's voice mail which specifically says do not leave multiple msgs (red flag). I later found a mfg coupon for the cream, but since we now know this office will not return our calls should there be any adverse reaction to the $500 cream, we canceled the follow up (another $150 appt) and didn't purchase the cream. Four weeks and still no response, but they were very quick to schedule us in for a $150 appt before. We should have called the pediatrician first who recommended other offices but this one. I have been a patient at the Lexington location for years. My past three experiences have been less than desirable. First, a couple of years ago I went in to have a cherry angioma from pregnancy removed. Once removed, the spot looked ten times worse than the cherry angioma ever thought about. It's LARGER and even more raised! Second, back in August of 2017 I saw Caroline Wilson who told me a spot on my face was "100% basal cell carcinoma". The lab results revealed IT WAS AN INGROWN HAIR. Finally, today, I went to have a skin tag removed from my neck. My appointment was at 10 and I didn't get called back until a little after 11 which is completely ridiculous. The doctor (who is great) explained that the tech would numb it and then clip it off. When the tech got ready to clip the skin tag she said she wasn't going to numb it, and I told her the doctor said she would and that I wanted her to. She acted completely put out but went ahead and did it anyway. When she started clipping I told her I could feel everything yet she kept on going and said NOTHING. She was completely rude throughout our entire encounter and I refuse to go back because of her. It's a shame that I can't remember her name. Read Less
