I commissioned a customized Iron man Guy fawkes mask, ordered it via text message with little guidance to Joe. The piece came back better than I could have asked for. (you can see it in his portfolio) The turn around time on the piece was close to 24 hours which was _much_ faster than I thought possible. My only complaint is that the version of Jarvis he built into the mask only responds to commands when they rhyme with the word "November" . There were no included instructions with the mask and because of this I suffered a 4 story fall and several broken bones. I found that pretty negligent but according to Joe that's not covered in any of the guarantees or warranties that come with the mask. I am financially ruined due to medical bills. Still. Cool mask though. 10/10 am going to commission again. Read Less
