TERRIBLE service. I asked for my lip to be threaded, she sits me down and starts going a million miles a minute on my eyebrows. If I had asked for my brows to be done, you'd imagine they would have a quick conversation with you about your wants and expectations. NOPE within 10 seconds she had annihilated my thick and luscious brows. As I sat in the chair I thought, okay, maybe she's just cleaning it up. Then I felt her going further and further up the thickness of my brow. I've cried twice. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I should have stopped her as soon as she started going to town on my brow, but I trusted her experience (I guess) not to majorly fuck up my perfect eyebrows!!!!!

I went in with full grown eyebrows ready to be cleaned and shaped and she left me with a thin line of hair will not be going back

If you're going to be overly critical don't bother coming to these places. The service is good, the prices are reasonable! I have good experiences here. My eyebrows are very very thick so I don't really mind if it isn't an Instagram eyebrow as log as they're cleaned up, shaped up, and trimmed.

It took 2 people to do my brows and I left with two eyebrows that did not match. The second lady actually managed to miniaturize my eyebrows on top of getting the shapes wrong. I had one round and one arch. And the first lady told me I needed to grow them out. I had stepped in with grown out ready to be reshaped brows in the first place. She then recommended that I just wear make up and draw them in.. f that
