The owner ruined my leg! If you want professionals that are kind and make you feel like your the one who matters and not the money, dont go here. He picked a picture from Google, I liked though and decided to continue with it. He was supposed to add black and white flowers to my previous tattoo, the first petal looked great, but in the end the flowers were so dark and never lightened up. When I went in the second time I confessed my concern with the tattoo he blew it off and when i told him I didn't want to continue he literally threw a fit and walked away. He kept my down payment and did nothing to try and make things right. I thought I would have to get it removed but Luckily I found exile tattoo where he was able to cover up the ugly black flowers with amazing colorful flowers. The black from the flowers previously still shows through because they were so dark but he was able to make it fit into the new flowers and make it look it was meant to be there. Read Less

My friend and I went in to get estimates on a few tattoos and piercings and ended up both getting our nipples pierced. When we walked in we were welcomed by Jenn and Justin. Jenn talked to us about piercings and Justin talked about tattoos and even gave us his opinion on the tattoo that my friend was thinking about which was insanely helpful. We decided in the moment to go ahead and get our piercings and it was the best piercing experience I have ever had. I am more reserved about my body and Jenn gave me something to cover up with which helped me calm my nerves. She took her time and talked to me the whole time and answered every possible question I had. The piercing was quick and so painless. I had a tattoo done here. It came out alright although there are a few things I don't like about it. These guys are unprofessional. In the middle of my tattoo, the artist kept answering the phone and greeting customers because the owner decided to screw around in the back room instead of working. It pissed me off. Why does an artist have to do the owner's job while he is in the middle of doing a job??? It made him forget a period after an initial on my arm and he made the rest of the outlines too thick and dark so the tattoo is uneven. The stars are also not sharp on the points and wobbly... I also notified my artist I would like ADDITIONAL work and he never followed up with me...jeez...money on the table and no follow up...guess they don't need the money... I think that once you get a tattoo, a week or two later the artist should call you and ask you how it is healing and does it need any touch-ups...but this never happened. Because I got a vintage tattoo, I decided to leave it alone and if I get it fixed, I will go to Electric Chair tattoo...they followed up with me within three days of receiving my design. Once I get my cover-up done, I will give them a review as well... Be careful when you pick a tattoo shop and artist...the design will be on your skin forever. Sean is amazing! He is an extremely talented artist and a genuinely great guy to be around. I've had quite a few tattoos where there is either no interaction with the artist or some kind of awkward small talk like you would have with some random person at a gas station. His studio is very tidy and full of work from local artists. I greatly appreciate the connectedness to the community. Sean will sit you down and really listen to what you're saying to deliver what you want. He custom drew my tattoo in a day and I would have never been able to think of something that creative.
