Red 5 deserves 5 stars no doubt. In terms of affordability, skill, ability, and patience, these guys have it in spades. It's a small operation, but the dedication to the work shows in every tattoo. Stanley has amazing artistry backing years of experience, which will show in your final piece. Seriously, give this guy some room to be imaginative, and the result will be amazing. I had a concept for a calf piece, just a story, and they turned it into art. Seymour, though not my artist for this piece, seems extremely talented for the amount of time he has been tattooing. I'd look forward to a tattoo from him in the future.The rate extremely fair for the quality you get. My calf piece took two sessions at three hours a session. Gratefully, I tipped him for the clean, imaginative work he did. You might be someone who likes to just walk in, but take the time to set up an appointment - it's worth it to get into either of their chairs for the work they churn out. This was an impromptu visit as a walk in on a Saturday night.  The owner is pleasant, listens, and is great to visit with while he is working. Jonathan was awesome. His touch was so light, I barely felt like I was being tattooed! I could have fallen asleep right in the chair. This is a nice shop. Its clean, well staffed, good equipment, and in a good location just off Mass. It was all positive interaction with everyone here. Stan the owner is a genuine guy that has definately risen to the level of having great artists under his supervision. He took an interest to assure I was getting proper work from his guy. Johnny hooked me up with a better than expected tattoo that was everything I asked for, with the artistic touch one expects from a real artist. Absolutely amazing! Stan just finished my second one that he's done for me. I told him my ideas and I told him to just go with it. From the size, to the colors. It's more than I could have pictured in my head. I get compliments on it daily. It's all his ideas! I had a problem with the adhesive only because I accidentally fell asleep on it (I was exhausted! Very professional crew with an abundance of talent. Their shop is sleek, clean, and provides a welcoming atmosphere. Stan (the owner) first tattooed my back piece several years ago. I was so impressed with the quality and detailed line work that I contacted him to create and tattoo a full sleeve. During my initial consultation I provided Stan with my concept and some example pictures as we walked through the process. After several settings my sleeve was complete and I couldn't be happier.
