Back in late 2014 I prepaid for 6 sessions totally just about $700. Everything was great until I get a phone call from the tech saying she was leaving and moving locations. That's when it got bad. Their first location was north Wichita, an easy drive from my home in Salina. However, in the process of their announced 1 month moved, it somehow turned into a 3 almost 4 month move with absolutely no communication with the business. So there I am, having to put a hold in my tattoo remova process, and not having the freedom to go anywhere else because I had at least $450 still wrapped up in the business. Then, come to find out they are moving to Andover, which made my drive that much longer. I instantly began trying to get my money back, but they said I couldn't because I "signed a contract" which I never did. Then I lost all communication with the business and the only way to get in front of them was to make an appt. so I did. To where I finally was able to begin communications again. They said either I/they sell my sessions or I lose out on MY MONEY. I told them to sell. Fast forward 2 year and no communication, I finally get back in touch with them. First, I find out that they have STILL not sold my sessions like they said they would (so they have technically stolen $450 of my money and are okay with that). NOW their excuse is "since it's been so long since my last session, there's no way for me to be refunded." Additional measures are being taken and they will not get away with this. I advise everyone to go somewhere else. i understand the technicians are great, but the COMPANY IS NOT. Please beware and choose a different company to give your money to, not someone who steals and cheats their way to earn a penny. Read Less

Avoid if you can. Very sketchy business with poor customer service. I prepaid 6 sessions totaling just under $700. Shortly after, they closed down for almost 4 months. So there I was, having to put a hold on my tattoo removal process and having money wrapped up in this place, when I easily could have gone anywhere else. I am not the only one that had this issue. On top of that, I tried getting my money back after months of no communication. Said I "signed a contract" which I never did. Told them to sell my sessions. Didn't hear back from there for 2 years. Finally got back in touch with them. Found out they had yet to sell my sessions and they're new excuse was "since it's been so long since my last session, I will not be able to be refunded."
