I have several pieces of art from Pete. I live in OR now, but when I return for a visit I get a new tattoo from Pete. The shop is clean, the music is always good, the conversation is typically lighthearted and salty. A sense of humor is a MUST to hang with these guys. The art is truly anything you would want, from both Pete & Nolan. As long as I come back to Kansas, I'll keep coming to see Pete.

I got my first tattoo here for my 17th birthday. He did a fantastic job and I would recommend him to everyone that asks. Very clean, very friendly, and a great atmosphere in general.

This is the only tattoo shop my brother in law, sister and I will use. Nolan is an AMAZING artist and never disappoints. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Pete did a very cool tattoo around my right leg about 10 years ago. I have had numerous other tats since then but none are as good as the one Pete did. My only regret is that I didn't go wider on it. ...
Pete did a very cool tattoo around my right leg about 10 years ago. I have had numerous other tats since then but none are as good as the one Pete did. My only regret is that I didn't go wider on it. Pete was the first tat artist I ever met without any tats himself, but that still isn't an issue as his work is spot on, clean, and of the highest quality.

Stopped in to simply ask how much to finish a half sleeve and then later do the other. After I stood there for about 5 min the guy tattooing asked me what he could do for me, I responded with what I w...
Stopped in to simply ask how much to finish a half sleeve and then later do the other. After I stood there for about 5 min the guy tattooing asked me what he could do for me, I responded with what I was wanting but wasn't exactly sure what I wanted as a filler to complete the sleeve. He laughed at me (out loud) and belittled me in front of two other customers, and said ok so just any tattoo, he proceeded to quote the commercial that says, "any haircut, any tattoo". I have thousands of dollars of tattoos and will take my money to someone who is an actual tattoo artist. Very unprofessional experience.

No Bueno !!! I think Pete is burned out on tattooing , also who gets a tattoo from a guy that doesn't have any tattoos at all Hello !!!! I do not recommend this place at all .

Pete is a tremendous artist. He's did a band of flowers around my bicep and it was one of the best experiences I've ever had in the chair. He's not heavy handed and he was easy to work with. I keep planning on going back to him but never make it out to Andover. His shop is a little easy to miss but it's well worth the search!

My experience with Pete Dawson doing my tattoo was great. He's an awesome guy to be around so he makes you feel comfortable. He did a great job on my tat, and was very knowledgable. He was also very sanitary and used new everything. I would definately go back for my next tat.

I have several pieces of art from Pete. I live in OR now, but when I return for a visit I get a new tattoo from Pete. The shop is clean, the music is always good, the conversation is typically lighthearted and salty. A sense of humor is a MUST to hang with these guys.
