I couldn't get on here fast enough to give this place the review it deserves. I was searching for a piercing place in the West Des Moines area. I came across this place online and said why the heck not, let me check it out! So so glad I did. The customer service is impeccable. They are very personable and treat you like a friend not a stranger. They answered all of my questions with very much knowledge. The sanitation really impressed me!! I've never seen such cleanliness. The waiver asks you questions about your health and they literally show you when the needle is sterilized so you don't have to be afraid if they're being truthful or not. I am from the Cedar Rapids/ Marion area and have lived here for two years. I haven't been to a tattoo parlor/ piercing parlor because I was worried about the quality and to be able to trust someone with my body. I can 100% trust Rob. From out of state and went in to buy my wife 2 diamond nose studs. The diamonds I bought are not typically used for the nose but I was assured that they would work. Upon driving 1100 miles home I gave them to my wife for an early Valentine's day gift in which they do not fit. He said there's nothing he can do and they can't be returned...Basically told me I'm stuck with 2 diamonds that don't work or fit and I'm out $320.00!!! Con artist taking advantage of a sale on an out of stater 1100 miles away and can't just drive back in to get it taken care of! Shyster!!! Going to file a complaint with the better business bureau...If they are even accredited.
