I went to Lena in mid 2017 for microblading. Not only did she get irritated if you asked her to fix your eyebrows because they weren’t symmetrical, she made you feel like as if you are a difficult client, when in all honesty I wasn’t. It wasn’t a big deal to add a few strokes to it. She didn’t measure them properly and pretended to not know what I was talking about, when even the girls that work with her had to translate it in her language to make sure there was no miscommunication. She was “fake nice” and at times rude, which I found appealing, because I have never experienced in salon services before. I had microblading done in May-June 2017 and my eyebrows started fading shortly after. They never had the microbladed look with the hair strokes. They continued to fade that by Dec 2017 I needed to get them redone. I put SPF 25 as well. If you are looking on her FB page with all the 4.7 out of 5 stars, don’t be fooled...she weeds out her clients and blocks the clients that she thinks might give her a poor rating. I didn’t know that till I tried to go back in to give her a rating now, and I can see her page but cannot rate it, comment, send a message or anything. In addition, my friends have also had microblading done with her and in less than two years one of them went in 8 times (which includes touch up) and has already paid 4 times... I have been using everything from Wunderbrow and Dip Brow.So finally after many months of research I made the plunge.I am so pleased...no more pencils,powders or anything.I just get up and go after 1 day.You go in and fill out some paperwork and they show you ideas...you pick the shape the color.Its like a precise science measuring and all.Didnt hurt if you can handle a wax job you can do this. I had been looking at their page for a couple of months at all of the successful microblading procedures. I finally made an appointment for April 1st. My first experience was great! Numbing cream was applied a few minutes before the consultation. I hadn't seen what was under my drawn on eyebrows in months and there was pretty much nothing there. The tech measured my face and made the guidelines before freehanding a couple different shapes for me to compare. The actual microbl...ading was not painful at all. Felt like small scratches but definitely not intense enough to flinch. I finally had eyebrows!! I went back for a touch up a little over a month later and they are a lot darker now and appear thicker. I definitely recommend the touch up appointment! First of all I watched all the photos and videos from here for about a year. In April I finally decided to "bite the bullet" and get my eyebrows microbladed. I messaged them on a Tuesday and was able to make an appointment for that Saturday. I drove over an hour to get my eyebrows done here and I was NOT disappointed. I walked in told them my name and was immediately given paperwork and numbing cream was applied to my brows. After the paperwork was complete I was placed in a ...chair where measurements of my face were taken, an outline of was eyebrows were drawn on, and a bit of waxing of my brows were done. I was asked what shape I liked and the color I was thinking. I was then put on a bed where they went to work on my brows. After about 30-45 minutes I was done. No real pain just light pressure on occasion. I will admit that I as well as my family was in a bit of shock as my eyebrows were so dark initially but they quickly faded and matched my real eyebrows. I followed the post procedure instructions and I have very little scabbing. I went today for my touch ups and I am still in love with my brows! The staff were all very nice and professional with me. The staff is nice and the place is super clean. I was asked if I was comfortable several times, which was nice. I did lots of research and chose Lena because of the pictures and Lena herself is very nice. I am not happy with the shape of my microbladed brows. I have 2 different shaped brows and it's very noticable. I said something and nothing was done or maybe couldn't be done. I felt the tech was inexperienced at my first visit. When I said something at my fill, I felt i...gnored again and nothing was said/done. When you spend so much money to have a service done a certain way, it would be nice to have my concerns taken care of at the time so that I could have given a better review. I am thankful I didn't do the longer lasting ones and that it isn't permanent. I am looking at other places to continue my brow care. I'm happy with the outcome, friendly ladies and they did an excellent job. No complaints from me. I was a little disappointed initially but they explained to me that when I go back after two weeks for the final touch up it will look perfect and they were completely right. I spent the first two weeks worrying about nothing. The scab for my eyeliner just needed to heal and then she went back through and did final touchups perfectly. I'm very happy with the results. If I could I would give this place 10 stars. What great customer service. They were so polite to me and making sure I was doing ok the whole time. I had my lip liner done and Lena actually had to fix an old lip liner that was crooked. She did a FANTASTIC job. Eyeliner lines are so straight I can't bribe how steady their hands are. I have been going here to get my lashes done for about two years now. Very professional, very clean, polite, and everyone always thinks my lashes are real:) ! Great prices! I went in to get eyelash extensions a little under a year ago. It was rather uncomfortable after walking out. Later that night my eyes got really red. Everyone thought I had been crying. Turns out I had gotten pink eye. I don't think they use clean tools. Last night I met up with a g/f for dinner. She told me she just recently went to Lenas for eyelash extensions as well and she ALSO GOT PINK EYE from visiting. Since then I started seeing someone new and not only was she way better, I'm now using mink extensions with no pain. The lashes used at Lenas are really hard, don't stay on very well and they actually put the lashes on your lash line verses on your actual lashes the correct way. After Lenas, I had to take out the extensions and therefore all my own lashes fell out too. This happened to my friend as well. I never went back. Either is my friend. I don't recommend this place, yes it's less expensive but not worth the pink eye or losing all your lashes. Read Less

Went in for brow powder fill for my eyebrows. Lena did a great job the first time but unfortunately the color faded almost completely a week later(some fading is expected). I went back for a fix and got a different girl so sadly she ruined the perfect shape Lena had started first time. Overall I am happy with my eyebrows and will recommend them to everyone I just would demand the same person and make sure they completely understand exactly what'll I have shape you want. Read Less
