I have been here twice and will never go back. The first time I made an appointment and ended up waiting 2 hours after my scheduled time and the artist wasn't very friendly. The last time I reserved a time for my friend and I to get tattoos and we waited an hour and a half. Got my tattoo first and after I paid and gave a tip we were told his next client was there so my friend wouldn't be able to get her tattoo even though it was their fault we didn't start in time. Nate is our go-to. He's attentive to questions and ideas, and he's a brilliant artist. He listens and works hard to make sure you're getting exactly what you envisioned. He has great suggestions and ideas when you know what you want but need help getting the idea solidified. His artwork is stellar. All the artists at Sacred Diamond are fantastic. Great shop, and I can't recommend them enough! Not necessarily an important aspect when considering an art purchase, especially body art, but their prices are ALWAYS fair and reasonable, too. My sister and I had been wanting "sister tattoos" for years, but never knew what to get. After the untimely passing of our father, we wanted to get a small tattoo that said "Love, Dad" in his handwriting. After some research, we decided on Sacred Diamond. Great decision. We had Steven and he was friendly, professional, and very thorough with us. The atmosphere in the shop was laid back yet professional, and everything was very clean and sanitary. NEVER GO TO THE ONE IN WEST DES MOINES!!!! I HAD MY EYEBROWS DONE THERE AND HE MADE THEM CROOKED! THEN ON TOP OF IT BECAUSE I WAS CRYING HE WAS YELLING AT ME AND BELITTLING ME IN FRONT OF EVERYONE INCLUDING CUSTOMERS. THEN WENT IN THE BACK ROOM TO WORK ON OTHER THINGS AND WHEN I WENT BACK TO TALK HE TOLD ME TO GET THE F OUT. HE DENIED THAT THEY LOOKED CROOKED EVEN THOUGH HIS ASSISTANT AGREED THEY WERE CROOKED.
