I went to the Southside location for a birthday piercing. Derek Mills is a nice guy and very professional. The space is clean, cozy, and comfortable. It was a good experience and seemed like a nice place. I'd probably get a tattoo there, there's a wall with original flash and all the tattoo artists can draw. Read Less

Chris was awesome great prices loved not having to make an appointment just walked on in covered up and fixed tattoos great people totally recommend them we will be going back next week for my husbands back. We got right in with the new guy Mikey at the east side location and he was doing a special for $40 tats. We was very accommodating and he was very kind! He took his time to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. They were all very friendly and the environment was very clean. We will most definitely be back! Read Less

My girlfriend and I asked for dainty little hearts on the inside of our ring fingers. Justin printed out half inch wide hearts, and told us that he wouldn't want smaller, but we knew what we wanted. My girlfriend ended up drawing the heart on her finger for him. Justin ended up going outside the lines of her drawing, leaving not only a heart bigger than what she wanted, but also sloppy, and mishapen. (it looks like a triangle) My heart was larger than I wanted as well, but at least it looks like a heart. I'm now at home with a girlfriend in tears over this now regrettable tattoo for her, and the only positive thing that came out of this is that he used clean needles and we [probably] won't get AIDS. Despite all of this, he charged 10 extra dollars, because he knew we would need a touch up in the future. I'm really not looking forward to this touch up, and may have hers corrected at a different shop, or at least with a different artist to give her at least some confidence in her new tattoo she despises so much. I'm really disappointed in this, as these were supposed to be really meaningful tattoos in celebration of our engagement, and now she hates it. Read Less

According to Chris, my tattoo was "so small and simple" But yet, he messed up my lines and didn't even fill it in all the way. This was my first tattoo at this location and it is definitely my last. Very upset.Read Less

Set up an appointment for a consultation. The artist never showed up. Then I was told he'd be there in 2 hours after I'd already waited over an hour. Said I could see him but I'd have to set up a different appointment for another consultation. Very poor service. Just wasted a ton of time 2 different days for nothing Read Less

We made our appoint about 2 weeks in advance for 4 to 5 of us to get a tattoo at the University shop. The day we come in we find out the artist was fired and they had no idea we were coming in. They said they would try to fit us in. They had 2 artist, then 1 of them left. We waited about 3 hours to get fitted in. By the time the artist fit us in he said I can only get three done I have to go. The bad part is I felt like he rushed through it and I feel like my tattoo was rushed and it felt like it hurt more than it should have. If they couldn't or didn't want to fit us in they should have said so. I will be finding a new place to go next time. We were all really disappointed with the service and how we were all treated.
