I got my nose pierced here, and I appreciated how honest the staff was. My piercer was upfront about the cost and potential pain associated with my piercing. Also, when I said I did not want it as high on my nose as he originally marked, he helped me find where the piercing would look best and be low enough for my taste. I got my nostril pierced here several years ago and it's been the best piercing I've had! The jewerly was great quality and I still have the stud my nose was pierced with, I'm prone to allergic reactions and infections none of which were an issue. The staff was super friendly and supportive, it's a little expensive but the piercings last forever with no issues. I had a phenomenal experience at tooth and nail! My artist is Joe, he is amazing. First of all, my tattoo looks incredible and he executed it flawlessly. He was so nice to work with, and took all my suggestions and listened to me so well. He created a very relaxed easy going environment for me, while also in an extremely professional setting! First tattoo? Nailed it, no pun intended. I'm getting way more compliments on this tattoo than I ever expected. Tooth & Nail has the greatest artists and Joe killed my piece, I've been getting so many compliments on how clean the line work is. Im extremely grateful that I found Tooth and Nail. A few weeks ago, I went to a completely different shop and dealt with a very inconsiderate piercer. Needless to say; my nose piercing became infected shortly after. After weeks of reaching out to him with no success, I called Tooth and Nail. They were very friendly on the phone and told me to come in right away. The shop is beautiful and very clean. Chadillac is the piercer, and is by far one of the nicest people I've ever encountered. He evaluated my infection, helped me pick out jewelry(which he thoroughly explained each piece), and then showed me his cleaning process before he put my new stud in. Since this; the infection has seemed to subside and I'm really happy that Chadillac took the time out of his day to fix someone else's mistake. Also, I met with Perreze, one of the artists, to speak about a future tattoo. He was very nice and seemed to really take interest in the piece I wanted done. I was looking for somewhere to get my nose pierced for a while. I've never been to a tattoo shop before, and to be honest for me it was a bit intimidating to muster up the courage to walk into one. The man at the desk was named Chad, and he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the jewelry. Once I picked what I wanted, he walked through the procedure with me before he began, which really put me at ease. The tools were all prepackaged and sterile, and the place was clean too.
