I have been going to Carrie for many years and have absolutely no regrets! She knows how to take my most simplistic ideas and turn them into beautiful, one-of-a-kind pieces of art. I am moving 6 hours away and plan to return to Artistic Rebellion when I want a new tattoo.

Carrie just finished my owl tattoo. It was a tribute to my Grandmother who was very important to me. It looks great! Thank you so much for doing such a great job

The place looks dirty and that just turned me off from getting any work done. (Black rebellion) around the corner is away cleaner shop

Yesterday was my first visit to Artistic Rebellion. Carrie made me feel really comfortable right away and did a beautiful job on my tattoo. The price was very reasonable. I will definitely be back!

I received a gift certificate for Valentine's Day a couple years ago. Eager to use it, I scheduled an appointment with Carrie. I show up to my appointment, only to be told Carrie wasn't there. I tried...
I received a gift certificate for Valentine's Day a couple years ago. Eager to use it, I scheduled an appointment with Carrie. I show up to my appointment, only to be told Carrie wasn't there. I tried to reschedule several times, only to be ignored by Carrie. I've sent messages on Facebook a d received no response back. There is an expiration date printed on the certificate so, I only assume she received her money and waited out the expiration date to not have to DO anything for the money she already received. Shady. Iowa Law states a gift certificate cannot expire for 5 years so, I suppose I could force the issue or get a refund, but what kind of tattoo am I going to get doing that? I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

I showed up to schedule an appointment with Carrie, and did so with only a very faint idea of what I really wanted. However, when I showed up for the appointment she completely stole the show with her...
I showed up to schedule an appointment with Carrie, and did so with only a very faint idea of what I really wanted. However, when I showed up for the appointment she completely stole the show with her artistic talent. I knew at that moment I would want her to do the entire arm. She did have to do a fairly large cover up on the lower part of my arm, and also had quite a bit of scar tissue from multiple shoulder surgeries that she had to deal with. Tattooing/art isn't just a 'job' to Carrie, it is a passion. I am very glad that I came to her & plan on having even more work done by her in the very near future!

Joe's awesome. Awesome prices. In and out in 15 minutes. Clean, perfect, no infections. Best place in town along with Black Rebellion & Steal Appeal. Insanely highly recommended.

I adore all the fantastic artwork I've got from Carrie and her coworkers. Very talented people. Great cover up work as well. My favorite tattoo shop :) keep up the great work!! Highly recommended.

I'd send anyone and every one to Carrie for portrait work. I've had so many compare my arm to "LA Ink." Thank the stars Carrie doesn't have the diva complex!
