When I went I got a piercing, a helix one. The girl didn't get the needle through all the way on the first try but still tried to stick the piercing piece in. I Cannot say enough good about this place! After an absolutely awful and unprofessional experience at another local tattoo shop this place saved the day! Everyone there did everything they could to help me. I ended up with Kane as my artist and I will never go to anyone else! I gave him my idea and he made it into something even better in the matter of 24 hours. He was super flexible and got me in the following day! Had a 9 hour session to get my piece started and not only was the result absolutely phenomenal, but he made me comfortable and kept me laughing the whole time! I can't wait to keep going back to see what else he can come up with!! The shop itself is nothing like I've ever seen before. It was so open, the guys were very friendly, the music was different (which was very refreshing) and overall very clean. Let me not forget the bathroom! Don't forget to use it, it's badass. My artist was really cool, very thorough in his explanation of aftercare as well. I will say I'm not 100% happy with my tattoo. Obviously, it's not as bright as the day I got it, which is expected. But if you look closely you can see the outline stand out more than the color filled it, as if it wasn't blended well or the fill in color wasn't filled in enough. One of the major lines isn't straight, but I guess I could blame that on the lines on my achilles tendon? Also, a piece is missing that was never tattooed. Not terribly worried about it because it's small, between the ankle bone and achilles tendon on the inside of my left foot. Doubt anyone will get that close, but I know it's not there so it's annoying. What was really interesting is they offer free touch ups up to six months after your original appointment! I've never had that offered before. Overall, the experience was great, my tattoo is just 'okay'. Read Less

Love this place!! I got my son's name on my forearm in a very fancy font while each letter is filled in with two colors and it was worth every penny!! Very clean and safe environment. Kane is one of my favorite tattoo artists: Clean, respectful and always willing to work with the customer on the tattoo to make their experience the best. No attitude or dramatics, I always know when I work with him I will enjoy a professional at work. I've gotten eight tattoos from Kane, and spent dozens of hours on the table with him in the last four years. Got my tongue pierced here by Jordan who was nice. Tongue started to heal weird and out of concern I went to speak with the shop owner. He freaked out while he was tattooing a client and told me to "take my little girl bullsh*t" out of his shop because I said "I didn't feel comfortable with the way it was healing". Awful man.
