We can't speak about the tattoo artists at Arch Rivals (probably great like the one review states).  However, the PIERCING GUY there is completely UNRELIABLE.  He performed three piercings on my daughter, 2 at the very tops of each ear and one daith.  She had an allergic reaction to their low grade steel and the next day he removed them immediately.  She needed for them to heal for 3 weeks, then he would have new titanium earrings for her ready to go.  He was not ready to go in 3 weeks, not 4 or 5.  We had to wait for him to finally order the titanium.  These things were huge like they belonged on a cow!  These earrings never let my daughter's ears heal because they kept spinning and they were tested for their makeup later this summer....they were not titanium.  She also had to sit in a chair instead of lie down for the piercings.  Thank God I was there to apply cold compresses on her forehead and neck, as well as, keep her calm.  All this guy did was tell stories about other customers who peed on themselves during the piercings...unprofessional and unethical.  He charged me an additional $10 which I went to get from an ATM across the street.  While I was retrieving the $10, he laughed to my daughter who waited for me at the place that I would have to pay a withdrawal fee from the ATM, so why didn't I pay the credit card fee he was going to charge me?  What he didn't know was that I don't get charged for using other ATMs outside of my bank....yes, those accounts exist.
