Terrible just absolutely terrible. I came in wanting to get a hoop replaced for my nose piercing and they said they could try but then couldn't get the hoop through, tore up my jewelry i brought in, and i ended up leaving with a earring in my nose. The piercer doing all of this clearly does not know what he was doing. Also, everyone i know that has gotten a piercing here has gotten an infection. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

This place offered an amazing first experience for getting a tattoo! They got me in right away, and Chris understood what I wanted instantly and drew it up in 10 minutes. Great music and great company...

If you are looking for a good local tattoo shop this place is it. I've heard nothing but good things about all 3 locations. I am in the process of getting a sleeve/sock on my leg and have loved the result so far.Chris is the owner and is super laid back. He keeps his shop clean and organized. He's very good about changing gloves and uses sterile needles, along with cleaning his work area before and after each person.Come check them out!

I have had several tattoos from different shops and this one is by far the best! Everyone is very professional and acknowledges you right away as soon as you walk through the door even if they are very busy. Very clean. Chris (the owner) always does an amazing job. I have had referred several friends there for tattoos and piercings. Everyone has had a great experience!

A very fun experience. Not only was the artist smart and knew his stuff about tattoos but it was a good ass time! Highly recommend in Ankeny or Des Moines! Make sure you can handle some sarcasm though...

Wow first off I must say that the artists here take pride in their work and their workplace!! The shop is super clean with all tools properly sterilized.The artists really take pride in their work and have a portfolio to show off if you are looking for inspiration. This is a super clean, great place at a great location right off of Ankeny Blvd. I can't wait to save up the money to come back and get my design drawn up!

Went in to check out the studio and I will say I am impressed. The studio is clean and well kept. The artists keep their stations clean and antiseptic. The artists are knowledgeable in their craft because I had some questions about a tattoo I want covered and another on the same arm in close proximity I want to save. We talked and he gave me some good advice to consider. And I gave him a design I want for my next tattoo and told him where I want it and I want it jazzed up. He told me he would draw something up and call me soon. These guys seem like they take a lot of pride in their trade and have a vision where they want to go. I am looking forward to having them work on my next designs. I suggest giving them a try if you are already a tat enthusiast or looking for your first one.

Terrible just absolutely terrible. I came in wanting to get a hoop replaced for my nose piercing and they said they could try but then couldn't get the hoop through, tore up my jewelry i brought in, and i ended up leaving with a earring in my nose. Everyone is very professional and acknowledges you right away as soon as you walk through the door even if they are very busy. Very clean. Chris (the owner) always does an amazing job.
