I went in to get some work done, and it is only partially finished I had to pay up front for a full tattoo even though it isn't finished its been 7 months since my tattoo was started I text and call the artist Brandon all the time, and he always says the same thing to call him later in the week or next week and he will look at his books. In my opinion since I have already paid for my tattoo I should be priority, but that's not the case with him. he's just a shady artist who doesn't seem to care about the customer especially since he already got my money.
