Pierced my boyfriends ears, didn't use a clamp and they were nowhere near where she marked them. Was gonna get my septum pierced afterwards but left my ID at home and were gonna go get it, she said it was no problem so we ran home and grabbed it, 10 minutes later we got back and she had closed up and left! Super unprofessional, shitty work.

Seriously pissed off. For a girl getting her first tattoo not impressed. I got a lip tattoo and it was all fine, until that night when it started to fade..then was literally gone the next morning. I was not told that my lip tattoo could be gone in 22 hours and that is normal??? why on earth would I spend $92 to get something that lasts less than a day. I am furious because I would not have gotten it if I knew that. When I went In to talk to them about it, they talked to me as if I was 5 and were so incredibly rude and not apologetic at all. Over priced shitty service. 0/10 would reccomend.

First and foremost, don't take a phone call in the middle of tattooing someone and say, out loud, that you're going to rush the tattoo you're currently working on. The artists chatted with each other the entire time. My artist barely paid any attention to the work he was doing and instead kept talking about his life drama with his coworkers and yelling (in my ear) across the shop if they weren't within hearing distance. As for the tattoo, The shading looks scratchy, blotchy, and there's 4 different light sources in the shading. Not to mention he pushed down on the line work hard enough to leave dark bruises all around the tattoo. I didn't feel like a client getting a tattoo, I felt like a sketchbook as they seemed to be purposefully ignoring anything I tried to chime in with. Don't go here, find a real professional who cares about their clients.

I have never talked to anyone who made a customer feel so incompetant rather than trying to make someone (who's paying for your service ) more knowledgable.

I was in during my first tattoo and this college kid came in asking for a simple outline of a triangle. They said no problem to it and the kid gave his reasoning why he wanted it and everone there told him that it was an awesome idea. Once he was finished and got his tattoo and walked out the door they made fun of the fact he got it and talked bad about his tattoo choice. As I was still sitting there getting mine. I have gotten 6 tattoos from them and every time I go in it seems to be getting worse and worse of them making fun of a client who just got a tattoo. They are rude. They do good work but if they talk about other clients that walk out the door. What do they say about me when I walk out right after getting a tattoo. Makes me wonder. Next tattoo will be done somewhere else. The atmosphere here doesn't seem friendly. One guy that works there flat out called me a liar because i was talking about my tattoo experiences and how i don't find them to be painful.

Allison was my artist and we got along great! Very prompt response to my message about a design on her Instagram, and answered all of my questions. She had openings the same day I stopped in and worked on me right away. Made me feel comfortable in the chair as this my first large tattoo (sternum/stomach). Can't wait to get it colored and add to my body!

My friend and I walked in and they were able to get both of us right in. Our tattoos looked just like the pictures we gave them. I had Kyle and he was great! I very much enjoyed my experience.

I went to the Asylum for my tattoo on my wrist. The guy who did my tattoo, Hotrod, explained the whole tattooing procedure, the things that i need to do to keep it clean and for it to heal perfectly. Everyone there was laid back and fun to talk to and even though the place was being remodeled, it was a very nice place. My friends and I will be going back there for tattoos and peircings in the very near future!!!

Great customer service. Its all about building loyalty to them. I will continue to get all my tatoos here. Great artists. Great piercer. Have all been there and in this business a long time. Best part is that Im a talker, and I tend to exhaust people with my bubbliness (lol) however, both the piercer (cant remember her name, but very professional) and the artist, Hot Rod, listened to me about what I wanted and has drawn and redrawn my ideas until i was happy with them.

i've been to the Asylum a number of times, to get piercings and to get tattoos and they've always been more than happy to help me out. I would ask for Hugo if you want a tattoo, hes a great tattoo artist and just an awesome guy if you want ideas or help drawing out your tattoo. These guys are easy going and very decently priced. They also use excellent equipment and make sure that they're workplace is clean and hygienic.

A friend and I went in on a Friday night sober and knowing what we wanted (just piercings) and when we were ready, a couple of drunk girls stumbled in and the guy left us to go flirt with them while they looked through the galleries. A year later when I went to get a tattoo priced, the artist was unfriendly and uninterested. I did not end up getting my tat done with Asylum, but the piercing I did get was done well. He helped both my friend and I place it correctly, etc.

First and foremost, don't take a phone call in the middle of tattooing someone and say, out loud, that you're going to rush the tattoo you're currently working on. A friend and I went in on a Friday night sober and knowing what we wanted (just piercings) and when we were ready, a couple of drunk girls stumbled in and the guy left us to go flirt with them while they looked through the galleries. A year later when I went to get a tattoo priced, the artist was unfriendly and uninterested. I did not end up getting my tat done with Asylum, but the piercing I did get was done well. He helped both my friend and I place it correctly, etc.
