After a bad experience at ASG, Malory took the time to remove my piercing and clean up my ear. She did not charge me at all for this, which really makes me feel like Unity cares about me as a person and doesn't just want my money. It was a mistake to get tattooed and pierced anywhere else, and I will absolutely return for my next tattoos and piercings! Read Less

I wish I had known about this place before I got my tattoo and piercings elsewhere. I had a bad experience with another shop, and Malory removed the piercing and cleaned my ear up for no charge. First off Denise and Mal are the kindest people you'll ever meet. Denise takes care of any questions you have and is super helpful on recommendations for you. Mal is great at piercing, she explains and talks to you about what she's doing as she's piercing you, plus she is great at answering any questions you have. I haven't been tattooed yet by Mal or Jer but I definitely plan to set something up because their work is bomb!!!!! Everyone needs to take time out and check out their work, even Denise, she does beautiful paintings and necklaces!! Mal and Denise are awesome! They have created a space that manages to be extremely clean but still warm and welcoming. You almost feel like you're at a cool doctor's office when you're at Unity, which in my eyes is a HUGE testament (and compliment) to their standards of cleanliness and how they run their business. Mal did my conch piercing and even though I am the biggest baby, Mal eased my nerves and explained every step along the way. She and Denise always answer my millions of questions and I love that they have an attitude of wanting to educate without passing any judgment. They use only the best jewelry and my titanium piece gave me no issues at all with my conch, which is a huge for me since my skin is sensitive.
