Very poor customer service... went in about a year ago and the Artist Mike quoted me 700 for something other shops on quoted me 300/ 400 at the highest.. didn’t get it... now I’m back in this area and tried this shop again only this time I picked a different artist however though great she declined so she referred me to Mike so I came back the next day as told to do to get a quote for a new piece only for Mike to say he declined he couldn’t do and that he was behind and more excuses after having me wait to even be addressed... he was rude and in a way I feel I was somewhat racially treated (not saying he is) but the way I felt and was treated was by far the worst. I could handle a simple no or something but to say that not in my line of work when your own co worker stated you would be perfect for the job... it’s sad... fist u over quote for a comic tattoo then u rudely treat me again.. I wish I'd had a better experience. Ordered a custom barbell from Noah. Paid for it up front. Waited twice as long as promised. Noah said he called and left a message 2 days before I called to check on it, but there's nothing on my call list and no voicemail. When I went to pick it up, it's the wrong size. I didn't want him to lose money, so I told him to keep the barbell and the money. But I won't recommend him. Read Less

Noah did a great job with my nostril piercing. He was informative and welcoming, and made sure I felt comfortable with the procedure (as well as making my friends feel comfortable, too!) We were a largish group getting multiple piercings, and he dealt with us professionally, quickly, and hygienically while also keeping the mood light and fun. Definitely my best piercing experience to date (I have 10 piercings total) with high quality service and great jewelry options. I would definitely go back again, even though I'm from out of town. Absolutely wonderfilul experience. I celebrated my 50th birthday with my kids by my side in Mike White's chair. To say that the guy is gifted, I think, would be ann understatement. He genuinely cared enough about my piece to research the tennants of Tibetan Buddhism so that he fully understood what he was working with. He was funny and kind and, I gotta say, for a first tattoo experience on such an ambitious piece, he was gentle. Mike allowed my daughter to pull up a chair and draw and Half Pint and my 9 year old son bonded over Kaiju and Pint, bless his heart, even drew him an amazing Kaiju battle picture which my son hasn't stopped carrying around since yesterday. Noah did an ear piercing for me today. I already trusted bicycle tattoo with any piercings/tattoos, but this was my first experience wth Noah. He was professional and informative. Got my Naval piercing done here while I was at school. Phenomenal job and great customer service. It was an all around great experience. I went to get a cartilage piercing at a different shop when I was in Dallas and the customer service was terrible and the prices for the same jewlrey and services were outrageous so I left. Noah is by far the most gentle person I have ever met. We took my special needs daughter in for her 9th birthday to get her ears pierced. He went over every step with us and her, put her in charge, and showed us every step of his sterilization technique. As a parent that has lived in the hospital more than out, that was huge!Read Less

My 5 year old wanted to get her ears pierced, so after some searching, we decided to get it done here. It was a wonderful experience! Noah was so great with my daughter and explained everything to her so that she knew what to expect. We were in a private room, and he sterilized the earrings and tools right there in front of us. I walked in for a tattoo and walked out with a tattoo and piercing... i was in love with the tattoo and just as in love with my daith piercing. Nicholas drew my tattoo exactly as i visioned it with only giving him 2 details... and he deluvered beautifully. I had a piecing done in April of 2016, ordered a gold stud to replace the original jewelry. It is now October and after calling and calling for months and being told it would be in the next month it still is not available. I had already paid for this jewelry up front since it was a special order. This is not the way you do business. I will not be returning to this tattoo and piercing shop. Read Less
