Went in today at 845 and Mike was at the front desk. I asked about getting piercings and with an attitude he says what about it. I said we are here for them. He says oh well you should’ve said that many people come inquiring (I let that slide) signing the papers I asked was waiving consent on pics just referring to tats. While asking about what I was initialling he walked to the artist in the back and tried to offer ihim liquor. He declined. Mike then let him know it was black girls. He then says with another attitude he look if you don’t want it here just leave, simply because I was reading everything before I signed.!! I got my daith peircings from a different place and have been having trouble with swelling and bumps one side. The ball kept falling off and my barbell fell out a few times. I was unable to get my jewelry back in this time and stopped into No Regrets and met Mike. He was awesome!!! He set me up with a new barbell got it through in seconds. Then he provided me with some helpful tips I didn't get from my original piercer. He also asked he to stop back in two week so he can check on it. Seriously nice guy and good at what he does! I absolutely love this shop! By far the best I have come across. I have family who have their own shop and I feel bad for saying this but No Regrets in my opinion is freaking awesome. Mike is amazing! Very knowledgeable and his sarcastic but awesome personality keeps me laughing. There is a young female artist I can't remember her name but she is very talented and her work is absolutely amazing. I go to Mike for all my piercings and also the only one I trust to pierce my teenage daughters. I love the Aura and personality of everyone in the shop. I got my septum peirced here in 2013. It was a spur of the moment thing and I called around to see who was open. My cousin and I went in together and it was aweful. I should have walked out when they quoted me $10. The piercer had a decent enough sense of humor and made me feel comfortable enough. However he clamped my septum and walked out of the room for something... leaving the clamp on. When the piercing was finished the roof of my mouth began to swell and was so low. And crooked. My husband and I came in for piercings. Mike is extremely knowledgeable and did an amazing job on my daith piercing. He answered all of our questions and made sure that we felt completely comfortable checking back if we had any questions in the future. I had a little bit of a delayed reaction, getting hot and lightheaded while Mike was finishing up on the husband. He took great care of me and made sure I was back to normal and assured me to take as long as I needed before I left. That goes a long way with me. I got a tatto here and came out with nothing I asked for. The workers are very unprofessional and were messing around the whole time I was getting a tattoo. The artist decided to add things in my tattoo without asking me. The lines were uneven, some were extremely thick, and some thin. They were also not straight lines. I've only had the tattoo for a month and despite taking good after care half the tattoo has faded. Not to mention the place also looks run down and dirty. I do NOT recommend going here. This place is ghetto it's nasty, there's graffiti down this scary hallway it doesn't look clean people are staring,  not professional! I drive a hour to come and see Mike the piercer. It always takes care of me and my family, and anyone else I bring in with me wether it be a tattoo, or piercings. I'll always come back as long as he his here. Thank you MikeyUpdate:The last time I was here, I was treated very poorly, I was given attitude for trying to get help with a new piercing and was talked to like I was stupid. I felt very disrespected especially since I try and spread the word about the customer service I use to receive there. Even though it is a tattoo and piercing spot, doesn't mean you have to have an attitude like a depressed, self oppressed, know-it-all jerk. Being polite goes along way. And it makes a lasting impression, people won't just relay to others that they got a piercing at this location, they can add that they were treated with respect and perhaps like family. In this type of profession or field I would think word of mouth would be your best advertisement especially since this location is way out in the boondocks *kanye shrug* oh well. I've been here for over half of my piercings (including a PA) and I will only go to Mikey that works here. I can't vouch for their tattoos but the for piercings they have one of the best atmospheres and are extremely knowledgeable. My PA was done free hand and I was completely fine with that due to the high quality of all the work I've had done here. They have a decent amount of custom jewelry in store available for purchase and will order something for you if you have a specific taste not in stock. Their prices are pretty fair for everything. They often run $10 piercing deals or 2 for $20 which they will split between two people, great for friends. Their jewelry is often buy 2 get 1 free.All around I would say for piercings, this place is amazing, price, knowledge, atmosphere, and the people of course. I highly recommend this to piercing enthusiasts everywhere, just ask for Frankie and you won't be disappointed. Read Less

no regrets is a great shop. their prices are great, the work is great, but some of the employees are below standard in the customer service department. Rodney is a great tattoo artist, but is stoned all of the time and is a complete idiot. mikie is a great piercer but is a complete jerk and undermines everyone that walks into his booth and makes them feel like they're lower than him. Ryan is an awesome piercing artist and a really cool guy. he gave me all the info I needed and was just really friendly and fun. Tony is a good tattoo artist, but russo has the best color and realism that I've seen. I highly recommend this shop, but only specific artists. Read Less

I got tattooed here about a month ago, and the experience was horrible. I just recently moved to the area and am used to highly trained professional studios. All the artists and piercers here are young and very inexperienced, it was almost as if the artist doing my tattoo was doing it on a "wing."
