Stopped in today to have my 8 year old daughters ears pierced. I called ahead and had many questions answered before arriving. Once there Matt put my daughter and I at ease after a bad experience at Claire's a few years ago. Matt explained everything to her. Was so kind and joked with her while he pierced her ears. Once finished he explained after care and told her how good of a job she did. On our way out we passed two more employees who complimented her shiny new ear rings. Friendly staff. Very professional. I got tattooed by Biggins, and this man is the best. This was my first tattoo, and a large piece considering that. I felt very comfortable in the shop and everything was very sanitary. Biggins put up with my yelling of profane words and awful shaking, and luckily we were the only ones there haha. He drew us an original design. His work is amazing, and they have tv's on the wall that showcase all of the artist's work. I'd definitely recommend coming here, and especially getting tattooed by Biggins! Read Less

I can't even begin to say enough good things about this shop and all the staff! The shop is super clean and very well organized and the staff is so super cool! I have 3 pieces by Shultz, and all are absolutely amazing! The first time I was tattooed by him, he reworked a piece that was faded, raised, and just looked plain awful. I walked out of the shop with a brand new beautiful piece. After healing, all the previously raised areas were gone and the piece had a new beautiful signature. My next piece was script on my foot, and again the piece came out just how I wanted. It is almost 6 years old and I have not lost any ink or needed any touch ups, still as good as the day I got it done. My most recent piece was done on Valentine's day to help raise money. I finally got my Shultz watercolor piece and I love it. I have a long list of ideas and am already planning my next trip for my watercolor sea turtle. Went to honor my convention sister this weekend at the Tattoo for Life event on Saturday. Such amazing work being done one each person that came. I am absolutely in love with my tattoo that Mr. Shaw did on me. He asked what I wanted in relation to the design I selected and then gave a really amazing suggestion and I fell in love with it and we went with it and had fun. Visited Ink Therapy today after hearing about and seeing nothing but amazing work for years... but after an hour and a half round trip drive, I only ended up horrified about my 2 minute experience. The person I was with has a service animal, and instead of the artist asking about if he was a service animal or what the service was he provided, he rudely inquired out loud about what the disability was in front of the patrons and fellow artists. Not all disabilities are noticea...ble and not everyone who suffers from one needs to broadcast if it isn’t. Watching the artist trying to demand to know what his disability was in front of other clients was not only unpleasant but is also against ADA laws. I had a great experience at this shop.  I walked in looking for my first tattoo and the staff couldn't have been nicer.  The receptionist paired me with an artist she thought could help me and we discussed what I was looking for and set an appointment.  When I returned for the appointment the artist was ready to go and finished my tattoo up in 40 minutes.  I would recommend this studio to anyone! I went in to get my septum ring replaced after the barbell on my first ring fell off. Matt was very professional and efficient and I'm wishing I went to him to get my septum done in the first place. All I have to say about Ink Therapy is nothing but good things. I know Chris personally through a mutual friend and he has done a chest piece for me. I have taken both my daughter's to Ink Therapy for a nose piercing and a chest piercing and was completely put at ease by the professionalism of their staff. I just took my youngest daughter to get her first tattoo for her 18th birthday and again was impressed with how we were treated by the artist that worked on my daughter and the rest of the entire staff. Matt Vermillion is a very talented piercer and is also an APP member. He takes time with his clients and ensures that you have a great experience. The jewelry is gorgeous and high end, not cheap stainless steel. The metal used is gold or implant grade titanium. I trust him undoubtedly!!I also sent my Aunt to Ink Therapy to get her last tattoo. Matt took my experience to the next level with his professionalism. Of course the shop is immaculately clean, their jewelry selection is out of this world, and the piercing of my ear (daith) went great. It turns out, I had a little growth in my piercing caused by me over moisturizing it. I was out of town, over Thanksgiving weekend, and at a loss for what to do. I emailed Matt and immediately got a response back. Not only did he help me fix my problem, he emailed me to keep checking to make sure my ear was healing. I've had plenty of piercings and once you leave the door you never see the piercer again. I'm kind of used to that kind of treatment, but this was above and beyond. Extremely Unprofessional. I went up there to talk to Chris, the owner, about getting a tattoo. I could not keep his attention because of his young teenage daughter (she was sitting behind the jewelry counter and kept hollering "Dad" at him). He was more worried about getting a deposit than answering my questions. I left there without scheduling, though he did not seem bothered by it. Customer satisfaction is not at the top of the lis heret. The place is nice, but looks can be deceiving. VERY unprofessional. I would not recommend. Read Less
