I went by on late Saturday with my girlfriend for our 5th anniversary and got matching tattoos and a couple others. Zac Jones, took great care of us by being very professional and made us feel extremely welcomed. He instructed us in proper care since neither of us had gotten a tattoo before and made sure we got the proper ointment for the healing process. Came in after my belly button ring broke (from another shop). After explaining the situation to Tank, I was informed of every issue with the current piercing. The original piercer allowed me to use plated metal (which I now know is a huge no) and gave me zero instruction to care for the piercing. He was super kind in fixing this at all. Set me up with the proper belly button ring and gave me full instructions. Cannot be more happy, he saved the day, and many problems down the road! This is definitely the place to go for piercings! I just want to talk about Tank for a minute. Earlier today I walked in with an idea, and he nailed it. Like, legit it's by far the best tattoo I have. He was patient and he was professional. The studio was clean. The environment was fun and yet relaxing. Overall this was by far my best experience with a tattoo artist and I will definitely be back. If you're shopping for some new ink....These are definitely your guys. Jojo was fun and his portfolio is awesome. I have had 9 tattoos done by Tank and the only one he didn't do, he fixed for me. I have always appreciated his artistic independence and have trusted his professional opinion. I always pay what is asked and realize that what I pay is worth it for the quality of work I receive. I got my first tattoo at 16 and for anyone that says they lack professionalism has obviously never been given a tattoo from a truly unprofessional artist.
