After my friend and husband had a terrible experience at Paparazzi (very overpriced, took 7 hours to do a teeny touch up and a palm-sized basic tribal), my friend and I saw Anastasia's work online and made an appointment here. We got the friendliest welcome when we walked in - this is my 12th tattoo and never had such friendly people. Anastasia looked at some of the photos we had and listened to what we wanted. She designed it perfectly! Rooms are private which is awesome. She was efficient but also put a lot of thought and care into what she was doing. All in all, from the time we walked in to when we walked out, it was exactly 3 hours to talk about and design the tattoo and do both pieces. Prices were more than fair. Anastasia is very talented and knowledgeable and put us at ease. I will definitely be back and will bring my husband to Anastasia for his sleeve work! Read Less

Recently moved to SB and my best friend and I decided to get matching tattoos. We had an idea of what we wanted, but weren't sure. Anastasia got us both in right away. Very friendly welcome when we got there. Anastasia and the woman running reception were so nice. This was my 12th tattoo and I've never walked in to such nice people. We felt at ease right away. We showed Anastasia some pics of our ideas and she started designing. The rooms are all private which was a first for me. It was great. Anastasia designed our tattoos perfectly and added her own touches. We walked into the shop at around 3:30-3:45 and were out the door by 6:35! The tattoos came out PERFECTLY. She was efficient but also took her time to really think about what she was doing as we went. A lot of care went into each tattoo. The price was surprisingly affordable, especially for custom work. I will most definitely be back to see Anastasia and plan on sending my husband here for his sleeve! Read Less

I will start by saying I only have 2 small tattoos. The 2 other shops I had been in before were ok but I DID NOT fit in. I went to Body Art Gallery and I walked into a clean environment where I was quickly made feel welcome by staff. My piercer owned the shop and went above and beyond to accommodate me. This was my second time getting my nose pierced and it was a COMPLETELY different experience. She was quick, super sweet and my peircing healed very quickly. She answered every question I had. They, also, had an excellent jewelry selection at affordable prices. I will definitely be back! Read Less

Casey did a tattoo on my girlfriends arm and mispelled one of the words, she was so excited she overlooked it. I mean yeah she had a chance to see it but shes a teenager who was excited to get her tattoo done. Now theyre refusing to give her the money back and telling her she has to wait a month to get it fixed because theyre all booked up and for it to heal. Ive gotten touchups from the same place a week after i got a tattoo. Theyre not proffesional at all and im definetly never going back there again. Read Less

Anastasia tattooed me. She did my 20th tattoo about a month ago (a heart with a banner). Not only did she have an extremely angry demeanor which made me very uneasy, the price was ridiculous. And as I always tip good, I ended up paying $130 for what was really worth a $75 tattoo and $25 tip. AND, the heart ended up crooked. I wouldn't waste a penny there. Read Less

My experience with my piercing exceeded my expectations, I felt the lady who pierced my nose was very knowledgeable and wanted me to be informed about how to care for it after it was finished. She did the piercing quick and easy. :) My experience was also awesome due to a mother-daughter duo that happened to walk in the same time I did. After just briefly nervous chatting, the daughter Emily got her piercing done, and when her and her mother Robin came out, Robin asked if I wanted them to come back with me, Which was awesome because it turns out I needed someone there to hold my hands!!! I just left there a few hours ago. They did a good job on my lip but my septum is pretty crooked. :/ I suspected as much since after she poked me, they stared, pulled, and even took pliers to the piercing. Then she only showed me my lip, not my nose. They make you pay ahead of time too so no compensation of any sort. I won't go back for a piercing. Read Less

Went on a spur of the moment for wife's birthday present. Without an appointment, they fit us in and did an excellent job. Justin did a beautiful job. Wife is very pleased with tattoo and I was happy with price, win/win. She was a little nervous at first but was made to feel comfortable and relaxed once things got going.We would recommend to any of our friends. Very clean and respectable business. Went in t get a couple of tiny tattoos on my feet. I was thrilled at how easy it was to get an appointment at a convenient time for me. The shop is awesome and so are the people. Ray did my tattoos and it was the best experience I have ever had with a tattoo artist. We had such an awesome conversation that I didn't even notice the pain!
