SCAM!!!! This place will take your deposit for a tattoo and never provide any services for you. They feel protected by a small disclosure on their receipt that says "Deposits are non-refundable" They made me put down a deposit to save my spot for my tattoo. They mis-scheduled my appointment and made no attempt to fix the situation. Not even reschedule the time they had mistakenly scheduled me for because I'd still be at work and would not be able to make the appointment. They blocked my messages, wasted my time, took my money, and were completely disrespectful! This place gives local tattoo shops a bad name please spend your HARD EARNED MONEY some where else! Blunt and to the point. The tattoo “artist” Devine and David showed up almost 2 hours late for our time scheduled for 11:30am. I told them I had to be out of there no later than 2pm. I was getting a very small tattoo. I did not have time to come back because I don’t live here. They would not refund the money for their tardiness to their job and lied to their manager Zachary about everything and said we were backing out of a tattoo. The manager is very unprofessional and childish and started cussing and yelling at me over a phone. On top of that he eventually became “understanding” and said he would call the owner and call back and never did because he wanted to keep my $125. So if the owner doesn’t know about this i hope he sees this and contacts me because there is so much more into this. Also, David contacted me on Facebook and sent me a suicide hotline contact number because I seemed “troubled”. Nice one Read Less

Made a very spontaneous last-minute decision to get my belly button pierced and walked in without an appointment thinking I would just come back later. To my surprise, they accommodated me immediately. I'm fairly new to piercings so I was very transparent with Soldier Mike about my fears and he was so good at calming my nerves! He kept me distracted during the procedure while at the same time being very clear with instructions. To be honest, I thought it was going to be very painful and it wasn't at all. I went an had Soldier Mike do my very first tattoo. I came in with a very crappy drawing and Mike turned it into something I'm proud to wear. We got back relatively quick and Mike just made the entire experience very relaxed. He just talked and made jokes the whole time. He did really great keeping my arm cleaned up and had no problem tattooing me with a bleeding disorder and said not to hesitate to call with any questions. Definitely recommend and we will be back. Awesome experience! Soldier Mike was super cool and knowledgeable about his trade. I got both my ear lobes done and he was able to repierce one of the lobes that had closed up. Also he was very careful to make sure both sides matched up evenly. Totally worth the $$ I paid. Stay away from the kiosk at the mall if you want piercing. I just got a daith piercing this afternoon. Not sure if it will help my migraines (not that I wouldn't mind a placebo effect), but at least I have a pretty piercing! It was super busy with a tattoo special going on, but they got me right in, only had to wait a few minutes. Mike took me back to the piercing room, he was totally awesome, just chatted the whole time. The piercing itself was one of the lesser painful ones I have experienced, and that went through cartilage. He took great care to clean it, and answer any questions I had, and told me not to hesitate to call if I have more questions. Amazing shop, super friendly, efficient, but thorough. So I have had a few Tattoos by" Soldier Mike" he has done an amazing job on a cover-up the pictures are down below. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family, my husband also goes we both have enjoyed all the work that he has had done.
