Kathleen has done a great job providing laser hair removal. I struggle with very sensitive underarms which would cause skin patches and swollen lymph nodes after shaving. Since having laser hair removal, I have not had any irritation. This was the best thing I’ve done in a while and I would highly recommend this treatment from Kathleen. If I could give zero stars I would due to how unprofessional she is. She did not respond to my calls or text after I drove 20 miles. She was a no show and never called back to apologize. Don't waste your time please. Uodate: it sure wasn't a mix up, be accoutable for your mistake and just apologize. That's just rude and inconsiderate to do that to a customer. I first went to see Kathleen back in 2016 to have her try to fix my eyebrows that someone in Kokomo had done a bad job on. The color of my brows was totally wrong for me. Kathleen was a miracle worker. She knew exactly what to do. I also am currently having some dry needling done to soften some scarring I've hated for years. Kathleen is amazing ..she is very educated, personable, sweet, and knows her stuff! she suggests different products and proceedures to you as well (not in an obnoxious salesy way but in your best interest type of way with no presure) I did 2 hydrofacials with mild peels which were absolutely amazing my skin never felt softer, cleaner, and moisturized in this type of way before....highly recommend it .... I also purchased 6 hair laser treatments for my face .... I was very hesitant at first because I am of darker complexion and was always under the impression that you wouldn't get good results with darker skin tones.. was also fearful about the pain involved ... however just had my second treatment today.... almost no pain what so ever ..less pain than using tweezers... and just after one treatment saw remarkable results. Hair was reduced by over 50% and grows out a lot slower just after 1 treatment... and it is siper quick ... takes 10 minutes maybe less to get a laser hair removal treatment full face....was telling Kathleen today that I'm upset I waited so long to get this done.... I absolutely 100% recommend getting laser hair removal and highly recommend permanent impressions for all your beauty needs ... I had an appointment with Kathleen to get my eyebrow and both liners done. This lady is amazing! we chatted on the phone, she was able to answer all my questions. So, I had my eyebrows done before and the process was painful. I could not even proceed with eye liners cause they were too painful. I was traumatized! Kathleen reassured me that she will make sure that I will be comfortable. Obviously, I will have pain that it will be tolerable. OMG. She knew what she was doing. She was personable, she made feel good and talked to me the whole time. Yes I felt paint, but it was nothing compared to what I had before! Amazing!  I love the end result (day-1). I have had "problem" eyebrows for years, having to draw them on and always in fear the would rub off. Most of the women I've seen with eyebrows that have been permanently done just looked fake, like they were stenciled on. Then my work manager showed me hers. Wow! Kathleen's technique is awesome. They not only look like the real thing, it even looks like individual hairs. Mine are just 1 1/2 weeks old and I still can't get over the newness of not worrying about my eyebrows.
