So I had a tattoo appointment scheduled with Chase Vince (faced_ink), that I made two weeks out and paid my $100 deposit to secure the spot. He messaged me to reschedule the day of my appointment saying the design wasn't ready, which he had 2 weeks to prepare. I rescheduled for two days later but I couldn't help but feel inconvenienced. I had arranged for my son to go to a sitter and took off work. So I asked for a $50 discount. He said no. I asked for my deposit back, he said no to that as well. all he did was inconvenience me and waste my time. I can't deny his work, but that means nothing if youre unprofessional with a bad attitude. If you were considering getting a tattoo by him, I would strongly reconsider. And also their deposits are non-refundable, because I wasn't made aware of this until after it was too late.

Our first tattoos were walk ins, simple line designs, and the owner Billy took care of us really well with no notice. My second tattoo was with Carlos “Chappie”, a watercolor camera aperture, and it has done so well. He dilutes his colors with white instead of water, so it has kept a lot more vibrancy. And then a friend of ours got a boa wrapped around a rose from Chappie that she is very happy with as well.

Chase did an amazing job covering the Apple that was on her back. He had to do it in black and white because the lines on her old tattoo where so thick. I love color (purple is my fave) and Luke did not disappoint. My tattoo is exactly what I wanted.

Awesome shop, very friendly and easy to work with. Only have ink from one artist (Chappie), but looking at he portfolios I don't think there's a bad artist in the bunch. Chappie was able to take a couple basic design elements and compose and expand them into a great design. Came out way better than I expected and am completely happy with my experience.

These amazing artist aren't just amazing but they are friendly and make you feel comfortable. They make sure you are comfortable and suited with the art you are about to get. They also add on detail or recommendations that you might like into that art to make it more specific and amazing that no one has ever seen before. They make sure you are unique with the art that you are having with that perfect like and color work. I recommend this location for multiple reasons and the ability to please you with the great work they do. I made the best decision choosing New Generation Inc. Billy was so nice, and super patient with my indecisiveness: where to place the tattoo, how big I wanted it, how I wanted it faced, Etc. He sat down with me and researched different hummingbirds I would like, and gave me his honest opinion on what would look the best. I love my piece and all the detail he included in such a small tattoo, will definitely be visiting him again!

Love my tattoo and the service I received. All of the artists I spoke with were professional, knowledgeable and really listened to what I wanted. I'm not very creative so I showed them a couple pics that were similar to what I was looking for and Chappie came up with exactly what I wanted. Since I was getting a coverup done he consulted with the other artists to get their opinions as well, which I absolutely respect. They communicated well and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. He had me check the work several times as we went to make sure I was happy with the look. I highly recommend New Generation Ink!

Our tattoos already look amazing and they aren't even done. Billy is a fantastic artist. He has a great sense of humor and is very easy to work with. Everyone we met in the shop was very nice.

Wow these guys are talented! They are very honest about what they can do! Chase hooked me up this this amazing tattoo! He took his time and didn’t rush any of it! This is more than what I could have ever asked for and he pulled it off! Hours of shading and line work the guy is so talented! It took him less than a day to sketch this up and it’s perfect! The water colored blood look almost surreal and everything thinks it is! This place is awesome super chill environment and they definitely know what they are doing!!!

These amazing artist aren't just amazing but they are friendly and make you feel comfortable. They make sure you are comfortable and suited with the art you are about to get. They also add on detail or recommendations that you might like into that art to make it more specific and amazing that no one has ever seen before. They make sure you are unique with the art that you are having with that perfect like and color work. I recommend this location for multiple reasons and the ability to please you with the great work they do. Shout out to Carlos or Chappie for his flexible time to get me at his time and finishing his work we have been working on for a while. Give them a try and be amazed, you might just come back.

It takes me a really long something as big as a tattoo. It took me a month to decide what exactly I wanted, and it took me a week of research to find out where I wanted to go. I made the best decision choosing New Generation Inc. Billy was so nice, and super patient with my indecisiveness: where to place the tattoo, how big I wanted it, how I wanted it faced, Etc. He sat down with me and researched different hummingbirds I would like, and gave me his honest opinion on what would look the best. I love my piece and all the detail he included in such a small tattoo, will definitely be visiting him again!

Billy did a fantastic job with my tattoo. He was very patient with working with a drawing that my daughter sketched for me. The details in my daughter's picture were too difficult for the tattoo and Billy worked to modify it to keep her ideas incorporated but to look good as a tattoo. Billy was flexible with his schedule and his equipment was in great shape and new technology. The space was clean and friendly.

Love my tattoo and the service I received. All of the artists I spoke with were professional, knowledgeable and really listened to what I wanted. I'm not very creative so I showed them a couple pics that were similar to what I was looking for and Chappie came up with exactly what I wanted. Since I was getting a coverup done he consulted with the other artists to get their opinions as well, which I absolutely respect. They communicated well and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. He had me check the work several times as we went to make sure I was happy with the look. I highly recommend New Generation Ink!

Even though it meant they stayed later than planned because they were closing, he took his time to make sure I really loved what I was getting. He made me feel less nervous and did an outstanding job - I'm in love!! I've gotten so many compliments on it as well. Thanks so much!

Finally after 10 years I'm getting right arm sleeve completed! 10 years ago I met Billy in Hayward, CA started with a simple Koi fish tattoo & it grew into a beautiful work of art as a left arm sleeve. Unfortunately, life situations get in the way & couldn't get the rest of the right arm done... Until now! The best part, Billy gained tons of knowledge about not only tattoos but as a business owner. As an artist, let's just say that he could take the "Ink Master" title! As an owner, he's dedicated to his staff & the community! Couldn't be more proud & happier! I got sleeve work done by Billy & was amazed by how professional he does everything. From his drawing to final work was amazing! I got over 40 hours of tattoo work done from him so that should show how incredibly good his work is. I'm always asked about my work & who done it. I'm proud to have Billy as my artist!
