He took the time to explain to my boyfriend and I the entire procedure and the risks involved. The process was very easy and it was very evident that Rob took extra time to verify that every piece of equipment used had been properly sterilized and correctly handled to avoid any kind of complications. I have always wanted to get a certain kind of piercing, commonly called a VCH piercing, in a very intimate place on my body. I had a friend recommend Rob at Dermagraphics Studio. Setting up my appointment was effortless and they were able to see me the very next day. Rob was very professional and described the process to both my boyfriend and I in great detail. He even made suggestions on other piercings that I might enjoy and gave information on what piercings I should avoid. The shop was clean, polite, professional and everything went very smoothly. Boy if I could redo one thing in my life it would be when I chose to go here and get something permanent on my skin. The guy dropped the needle out of the gun in the middle of my tattoo and then attempted to put it back in and continue. I said do not touch me. My tattoo was done with no care or consideration and I hate it. I am so disappointed. Actually cried when I was done. Please please please do not go here. Read Less
