If you want to get any piercing, this is the place to go.  See Will; he is incredible.  After my tragus piercing fail from a previous location, I called and spoke to Will to see if he could help.  He told me to come right in.  He explained everything, said the jewelry I had was too short for my tragus.  He has different sizes for each situation.  I different sizes for both ears.  Will checks and decides what size to use and I can go back once the swelling goes down and he will put in different sizes if need be.  He is awesome!!! Everyone I've worked with at the Tattoo Lady has been awesome. I first reached out to them through Facebook and got a response back within minutes. They talked me through my questions and even gave me a quote. Scheduling was a breeze. On the day of my appointment I met Bryan, one of the tattoo artists. He was very cool, laid back and not in a rush (we sat and drank coffee for a few). He answered my questions, made sure I liked the stencil, the size and positioning - a lot of opportunities for input along the way. His care instructions afterwards were clear, and he sent me away with a care package to make sure my tattoo looks great for years to come. Bryan did a great job on this tattoo and gave me some advice on future designs too. Just the right amount of chit chat and focus on the work. For what it's worth, he's been tattooing for 7 years, is a combat veteran, and a nice guy. My wife and I have both been inked here (Kelly and Bryan have worked on us). I highly recommend using them! Have you wanted to get a piercing for you of your child? Well let me recommend again William Thompson at The Tattoo Lady! Let me tell you about him: he pierced Sawyers ears a year ago. He was so mindful with her and her health issues. Then awhile ago she was in the hospital and they were giving us a problem with her earrings. Will stayed up texting me and researching and helped me work it out! Then today we went in as her ear may be infected. After being so kind and cleaning... it he decided that there may be an infection and said not to remove the earring for risk of making it spread. He recommended seeing the doctor and making sure she doesn't need anti biotics first. This was my first tattoo. I'm from Chicago, and was going to Kelly's place in Indy so my daughter could get her first as well. Kelly replied to my email inquiry in a timely manner and was very friendly. She was so down-to-earth, and so sweet! Don't look no further. We drove 50 miles. Bryan is an amazing artist. Took my daughter Veronika there for her first tattoo. My youngest Sophie came along and had to watch the process. Upon arrival we discover the image was not exactly what she wanted. He worked on new art for almost a hour to make sure everything was perfect and she would approve. Bryan was bombarded with many questions. He gave them very informative answers. 2+ hrs in the chair all the giggling and outbursts from the pain. He handled it extremely well. We loved it.  This was my daughter's and my first tattoo so we were maybe a little apprehensive had and no idea what to expect.  The young lady at the desk (I forgot her name :/ ) was very welcoming and made us feel comfortable. Bryan was amazing!  This was my 7th tat and right near my collar bone.  Frankly I expected it to be one of my more painful tattoos.  This was ... my best tattoo experience.  Except for a small portion of the shading, I almost couldn't feel it at all.  It was a small fairly simple piece, and yet he took the time to draw it out with an exactness I really didn't expect.Definitely plan on coming back for my others!  THANK YOU! A week before my 54th birthday I my 1st tattoo. I had heard stories of what to expect, but until you get a tattoo you don't know for sure. I went searching online and asked around and settled on The Tattoo Lady. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I brought a picture of what I wanted and told Kelly what changes I wanted. The experiance was much better than I anticipated. I was told by others with tats that it will itch and scab over. I had NONE of that happen. I had only minor flaking. It healed great, which, since I'm a diabetic, it was a concern. My wife compared the tat I got to what she got somewhere else.
