Very unprofessional. Was told that he would be ready in 2 hours, came back in two hours and we had to wait another 2 and a half hours. Getting the tattoo lasted 18 minutes. Him getting everything ready, taking two smoke breaks, going poo, and sending out text messages took 40 minutes. Once he started he was paying more attention to the movie that he had playing then doing my tattoo. Very disappointed in my experience there. Will not go back. Read Less

So yesterday I went to do some lettering with this dude named Justin and he did a HORRIBLE JOB! not only he made me wait for like 3 hours but once everything was ready to go he told me he needed to smoke a cigarette before starting tattooing me! Not only he smelled like weed once he got back, but he was really unprofessional! I really REGRET going into that place, hopefully I can get it fixed ... Not to mention I went to another shop just for them to give me a solution & they told me the tat was infected, so please please don't go to this place or at least don't go with this dude Justin. Okay so my 17 year old sister came in with a Mandala tattoo she wanted with a sunflower in the middle. Pretty detailed but easy to follow, you would think! First off the dude(his name is JUSTIN) that did her tattoo couldnt even have his pants up over his ass.. and he just found something off the computer, didnt make it unique and didnt care to try! She liked the stencil! But thats not what she got. Sure he did the outline but the sunflower stencil looked better than what he finished with. The lines on the flower arent all connected and the middle of the sunflower he left completely empty? Why? Idk.. this is bullshit. Looks like he got tired and was like seeya! Read Less

Caleb did a cover up for me in a very painful spot and it's beautiful. Hardly any blood or ink bleed. He was in demand and very busy, but he had a great attitude, was funny, and professional. All the guys there were nice and the shop is a cool place to hang. Customer service is rare now a days, I own my own business as well and it also grows by word of mouth and talent.
