Oh my goodness, where to begin! I love these people! Nicko was very caring, knowledgeable, and precise. When I suddenly got dizzy and faint after having my nipples pierced, they rushed to my aid. I have never felt so safe with people I had never met before. Everything was sterilized in front of me. The place was very sanitary and the staff was exceedingly friendly. Polite yes. Problem I had was asking to get my 10 yr Olds ears pierced. She doesn't like to do it unless kids are 12 yrs old. Problem was she wants a birth certificate and identification, in which I found to be redickulous.. my older had hers done at ten and it and didn't need all of that. Read Less

Everybody kept telling me to come here for my tattoo, and Im glad I did, because I will never go anywhere else. The shop is very clean (although sometimes the music is a little loud) and everybody there is super friendly. We went there today to have my 4 years old daughter's ears pierced.  She has been asking me to pierce them since she turned 2, and I finally caved.  I knew I wanted to get her pierced at a professional place, with a needle, and not at the mall with a 16 year old and a gun.  I called ahead and spoke to Travis, who was very nice on the phone.  He told me that he pierced his own daughters' ears when they were around the same age as my daughter and that made me feel very comfortable.  We arrived and Travis was even sweeter in person, he was very gentle with my daughter and told her what he was doing as he was doing it, (cleaning her ears, etc.)I was very satisfied with the whole process, and will definitely recommend them to anyone else looking to have a piercing done.
