I went to empire when I was 18 and got my Tragus pierced. It was the most professional experience I had ever had with piercings. I've had a couple of piercings that were terrible that I had to take out from being too crooked or being downright in the wrong spot from a place that shall not be named. Christina at empire pierced my septum yesterday, the same piercer 5 years later, and it was just as good of an experience. I had a piece done in memory of my aunt. I gave Scotty some rough ideas of what I was thinking, and what he provided me with was something I could have never imagined. He somehow managed to dig inside what was most important about what I told him and create a true beautiful piece of work that I will seriously cherish forever. I can honestly say it is my favorite piece I have. I have referred many people to Scotty, and will continue to do so. Very upset. The front girl sold my daughter a supposedly titanium belly ring. She told her she had to have titanium because she is allergic to nickel. The girl sold her the wrong ring and size of the gauge. We verified it was wrong with 2 other tattoo shops. The girl was extremely crappy to my daughter and refused to take it back. Now 20 dollars may not be a lot of money but it is to a high school student. Read Less

I went and got my Monroe pierced a few days ago and Christi did an excellent job. She was so professional, she made sure I was comfortable through the whole thing and explained what she was doing so I would be comfortable throughout the process. Took my girl there and one tattoo artist was there she seems nice and we looked through 3 binders of there work and she was sitting and drawing, not once asked what we was looking for or asked to help us. She said she was booked all day but we was there for at least 40 minutes she could have done a simple tattoo in that time and made a little money but not she sits there and draw the entire time.
