The guy at the desk was nice and place looked clean but I drove over an hour to get there and they said he was finishing this person then had another person so minimum of 2 hrs. Left my number for them to call when he was almost done and we'd come back. 3hrs later I finally call and no answer drive by and shop is dark and no cars. Not happy at all. If something came up or it got to late all they had to do was call and say something instead of having me wait 3 hrs! Could've went home or hell even found a different place to go! Read Less

The owner did my work and I loved his ideas and how he listened to what and why I wanted what I wanted with the end result being better than the picture in my head. I was told to be there by 7 to 7:30 tonight. Then the artist had to leave to take his bike home. I was being understanding with that but the tat didn't start until like 9:20 then when the outlining is done by 9:40 he decided to (take out the trash) along with the other tattoo artist in there and 2 girls o e of which was getting a tattoo from the other guy and her friend that was watching. Needless to say my hubby and daughter smelled the weed smoke even over the incense that he lit before he went out.. By then I was done but waited the 15 minutes they left us in the shop all by ourselves so that I could tell him I was done and that was extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. I came into this place with my sister. She was in the process of working out a tattoo. I had just returned from California and was interested in getting a tattoo touched up. I was also looking for a clean, professional place--because my mother also wants to get a tattoo eventually.This was far from clean or professional--at least the day I was there.Besides the loud, blasting music, I spoke with one of the artists (who I could barely hear despite standing two feet from him). He could not seem to understand that I only wanted my tattoos touched up. I think he asked me about five different times--I was just beginning to wonder if he was touched in the head--When I saw who I presume were the other artists with two customers. The artists were holding bottles of beer and drinking. And then taking their needles to customers. I changed my mind instantly. I don't care how steady their hands are--I am not about to let someone who drinks on the job take a needle to my skin. Look guys, I don't care if you drink at home or whatever.
