I went to this location to get a triple forward helix and if I could rank below a 1 star I would. I decided to go to the corydon location because it came highly recommended by friends, family, and had good reviews. Not only this but I was assured that Jimbo, the man piercing my ear had years of experience. Going into this I knew my ear might not be large enough to get this piercing however Jimbo assured me he could do it. Jimbo did not let me view where he was placing the piercings before he began piercing. After the process was complete I was severely disappointed. This however was the least of my problems with this piercing though. Because I did not like the location I was going to wait for the swelling and tenderness to go away so I could remove the piercing and let it grow closed. However as I was waiting for this to happen I began to notice my ear was not in fact healing like the should. It was bleeding and the skin was peeling, accompanying this was a horrible little bump that surrounded the piercing farthest from where it was supposed to be. When I tried to remove the jewelry I found that I could not get them out. Going to a different piercing studio to have them removed I learned multiple things. One: that where he had pierced my ear would have never healed properly. Two: that he did not use the correct size jewelry and they were way too short and that is why (along with the horrible piercing location) I couldn’t get them out. Three: that the jewelry was probably not in fact “high-quality” as he stated and I was having an allergic reaction to them which is why my ears were peeling. Four: that my ears were in fact too small for this piercing and instead of telling me he just did his own thing. All of this and some more led to me lying on a table with a kind man trying to pry these things out of my ears, telling me to breath so I wouldn’t pass out from the pain of removing too small jewelry from extremely irritated ears, while simultaneously wiping away the blood running down my face. Don’t get me wrong Jimbo was a nice, cool man to talk to. But I will never let him touch me again. Read Less
