I came in with a custom design that I was a bit picky about.  I have had experiences in the past where the tattoo artist didn't really listen to what I wanted to do.  This place is totally different.  I got my tattoo done by Josh and he was super patient and knowledgeable about what to do with what I wanted.  He walked me through ever step and made sure I was happy with what was going on.  Thanks for being super patient with my tattoo.  It turned out waaay better than I expected.  Great place! It was my first tattoo and I was pretty nervous about it, but Josh made me feel a lot better about it. He was very clean, very professional, explained what he was doing, and he had a great sense of humor so I enjoyed talking to him which helped make the experience much more enjoyable. He also did one for my mom and we loved him so much that we took a picture with him when we both finished. My tattoo was specific to a band’s album artwork and I had been emailing Josh for month...s working out the design. He always responded quickly and he gave me a design that was everything I wanted it to be. My mom gave him a lot less direction and showed him a few phoenix sketches she liked; he used them to make his own and it was one of the best I’ve ever seen! I messaged them through FB and they answered all my questions, worked around my schedule to get me in, and were super prompt with responses. When I got there, Doug greeted me.
