Deb is a wonderful person I'm so glad she has the talent she has. I am a stage 3c breast cancer survivor I went to her to get my eyebrows done 2 weeks before I started my chemo because I would be losing my hair and all the crying I had been doing a least I could have pretty eyebrows while I was my wearing wigs and hats. I felt so good because my eyebrows looked so natural. I went from losing all my hair to losing a breast I was at my lowest looking in the mirror . Most People are very happy with Permanent Cosmetics as long as they follow the proper before and after care - and as long as they have realistic goals * this is VERY IMPORTANT - everyone needs to realize this is a (2 time process) and (can not) be achieved in (1 visit)- you MUST be patient when having a service like this done - when people bring in pictures of super models or movie stars of course these are not realistic and can not be achieved. Ok if you are thinking about coming here to get your eyebrows microbladed please don't make the extra drive to chicago. First off I showed Deb 4 pictures of how I wanted my eyebrows to look not only do they not look like my pictures they look worse. I was left with 2 very uneven stubs on my face. I texted her politely and let her know I was not satisfied and she pretty much blamed me for how they turned out. I payed 380 dollars for a product that was not even finished. Not only that it hurts like hell. Excuse my language bottom line she didn't give me what I payed for and she was very rude. If your are thinking about going to Chicago just make the extra drive. BEWARE !! The owner, Deb is not an honest person ! My entire experience was a complete disaster ! Deb lures you in with a coupon or deal and then charges more once you get to your appointment. Not only is Deb dishonest, her work is a joke ! I had to have my permanent eyeliner redone because she didn't follow through with the complimentary touch-up she promised me. Deb is also very unprofessional !! I had to listen to her complain about her clients and her students . I found out that this business a rip off and the owner is nuts ! 26 year ago,where I am from I had cosmetic tattoo on my eyebrows and they turned out resulting with an ugly color and uneven eyebrows. I was very nervous due to how they turned out 26 years ago to ever consider this again.I then met Deb, she mad me feel comfortable and she told me they will turn out much better than what you have been living with. I am now completely finished after my second touch up appointment. The results turned out fantastic!
