Would have given 5 star work and quality is awesome. But giving 3 star because the artist continually faild to get back to me after 4 weeks and multiple attempts to get back in. He did both arms and my tip was half of what total tattoo cost was said he would get back to me also other artist said he would get back to me but nothing, bassed on that I'll take my $ and get my sleeves done elsewhere. My friend recommended Robert he does her tattoos. I'm always nervous bout getting a new tattoo but I felt super calm walking in there Robert was super nice. I loved it clean and professional. Not a huge fan of the loud music most shops play so he played a movie instead which kept my mind off the tattoo. I got a Disney tattoo and I absolutely love it!!! My experience with this establishment was unfortunately not a positive one. Durring our time scheduling the appointments it was a normal process. However my first appointment was cancelled due to a funeral in the owner's family (which i felt sympathetic for). Unfortunately this is when it became unpleasant. We had scheduled an appointment almost a week later at 7am. I showed up early at about 6:40am as to be on time. I waited until 7am and went to the enterance of the shop but the door was locked. i tried to knock for approximately 15min, but no one answered. When i tried to call it didnt go through due to technical difficulties. So i waited in my car for another 20min but no one had arrived. Since this was now the second appointment that didnt happen I went home feeling disappointed. So I decided to send an email to the owner stating that I was displeased and inquiring as to what went wrong. Soon after rescheduling with a other artist there he returned my email with a phone call. It was not pleasant at all. He claimed that he had been there the whole time and that he had assumed I was a no show. Second he stated he had not received any calls from me using a very unfriendly tone of voice and proceeded to make other rude remarkes. This place needs to brush up on customer service. Read Less
