If I could rate NEGATIVE I fucking would. FUCK this place. The girl pierced my septum while drunk. She was rude, intoxicated, threatened me and even pierced it 3 times! Without my consent. She's a piece of shit. She threaten to elbow me in the face just because I said "tattoo gun". She pierced me with a 12g when I wanted a 16g. Don't EVER go here! I had to instantly go to the ER and get it removed and put on ointment and antibiotics. Waste of money! It was also done in a hous...e! And the bitch didn't even use a clamp. And. I like how Styx just watched. And did nothing while this piece of shit abused me! She also put 2 different size balls on the end and called it done. She threatened my BF and ordered us to leave as soon as we gave her the money. She forced me to say "I like the pain" while blood was running in my mouth while I was crying as she Cork screwed my jewelry in. I've always got my piercings here. So I was gonna take my best friend to get her nose pierced. The Facebook page clearly says call for directions for the new location. It took about 8 calls before someone answered. Then I was then told by the lady on the phone that the owner wasn't in and she didn't know if she was allowed to give out the new location. So why put it on your page to call for the new location when you won't even give it out? I understand they're going through a lot but you need to be a little more professional about it. The ink I just had done at Styx was the best experience I, my boyfriend, or my mom has ever gotten. We called yesterday for an appointment for 4 tattoos (all medium sized) and he got us in, no problem. He took his time and got to know us as individuals. Not to mention, offering us suggestions and ideas on ink we never even thought of, that we fell in love with.We had a great time talking and getting our work done and I will never go anywhere else again. Katrina is a amazing body piercer.....she is determined to please her clients and she will go to the limits to do just that. She is considered and very compassionate. She takes her time and makes you as comfortable as possible during the procedure. My daughter had to get her piercing redone and Katrina made sure it was done correctly and professionally. I got my first tattoo from here in August 2013. It was a fun experience and I couldn't wait to get another. Yesterday, they started the Halloween special and decided to get another tattoo. I called ahead and the receptionist said that there were three artists and I should be in a chair in about an hour. I got there and the receptionist was pushy and rude. My friends and I played on our phones for about an hour before going into one of the side rooms to watch a movie. People who came in after me were getting into the chair before me. We finished the Evil Dead and I got up and asked when I would be getting a tattoo. The receptionist said that I should be about 15 minutes. A half hour later I was finally able to get my tattoo. The artists were great and looked like they were having fun. We had minimal interactions with the staff during our three hour wait. I later found out that other people were being offered refreshments. Four people who came in after me got their tattoos done while I was still waiting.
