I took my daughter here to get her ears pierced. I was SO happy and grateful for our wonderful experience. The staff was professional and friendly. The facility was clean, as was the equipment. I heard great things about Spiral Out and needed to get a daith piercing done. I was on day 5 with a migraine. I was a little nervous but Stephen was great!! He throughly explained everything. Stephen pierced my left ear and almost immediately my migraine eased up. So he pierced my right ear too. Did not hurt at all was just a lil pinch. I went to Stephen at the very beginning of May and got my nose pierced. I should have looked more into it, because i didn't know what to clean it with or anything. But that doesn't matter cause he told me EVERYTHING I needed to know! Even where to go for the best priced Saline. Professional, yet hilarious. It seems that my nose is taking to the piercing very well. I'm excited about it and I had a great experience. I was scared but he made sure I was steady before he pierced me. I highly recommend!! I went here a couple of years ago to get a mandala/water color piece done by Rachel since I heard she was the best water color artist around...sadly disappointed. I had done a lot of research on her and her work is amazing. But in this situation, even the line work was terrible. The pieces at the bottom on the left and right were supposed to be feathers - they look like shriveled up leaves or cocoons. And the whole piece is not symmetrical. Some of the lines are thick, others... are thin. Some if the dots are fat and some are thin. After healing, the lines ran together. Initially, she said it would heal and look better, that this was just a rough draft. It never got any better. She did offer to fix it, but I refused. I'm not sure how you can fix it... And I was afraid that because if being offended by my dissatisfaction, I would get another bad tattoo. Since then, looking at her work, it is amazing. Am I the only one that had a bad experience...? I had my 1st Daith 1 week ago and my 2nd today. I have severe Positional vertigo, I've had episodes everyday for 7 years, I am now 6 days with no vertigo. It has also cut my pain level way down with my Fibromyalgia. I highly recommend Spiral out tattoos, for piercings and tattoos. Read Less
