If I could give this guy a zero star I would. I had $1,000 in my pocket and tried to get some work done this guy gave me a song and dance. I was just asking for some basic stuff. Clearly it was outsid...
If I could give this guy a zero star I would. I had $1,000 in my pocket and tried to get some work done this guy gave me a song and dance. I was just asking for some basic stuff. Clearly it was outside of his skill level. If you look at the other guy that left a review on this page you'll see another black moon in Wisconsin. Black Moon Tattoo at 819 E Johnson St, Madison, WI 53703 they also left a review on it. If you look it's the only two reviews this other guy left when I looked at the artwork at their site it was absolutely terrible this guy can only do bubblegum art. There's no way I would ever let this guy put any kind of ink on me or my dog for that matter

Kevin is amazing, so glad I found him and his shop. After being treated like crap at other local tattoo places and getting a tattoos that needed fixed I won't go anywhere else. He was inviting and listened to exactly want I wanted. He did not rush me. His attention to detail is awesome. I will send all my friends to Kevin for sure.
