My girlfriend went here to get her eyebrows cut and tinted, she has her hair dyed blonde and the stylist decided to dye them pitch black. When we went back today after trying to remove the henna with no avail, the woman rubbed alcohol swabs on her eyebrows until they were raw and told her "they're fine, it's fine" then her defense was that she had dyed them that color before, and didn't think it would be a problem. So we asked for our money back which took me asking 4 different times. Apparently this stylist left the henna on while doing 2 other customers brows and forgot about it. I have had two bad experiences here. The first time I came in right after they opened. I was the only one in there, I sat and waited almost 20 minutes while the girl working there sat and talked on her phone the entire time. I finally got up and left after 20 minutes of sitting and waiting for her to finish her phone conversation. Yesterday I thought I would give this place another try.... same thing happened again. The same girl was on her phone again. She brought me ...over to do my theeading and never hung up the phone. She was carrying on a conversation while she was theeading my face. I asked her to hang up the phone and not be on it while I was getting my service. She never hung it up, she was on the phone with this person the entire time of my service. Very disappointed!!! Will never be back. I had to pay before the service, so she was given a good tip prior. Had I have know she would be so inconsiderate, I would have given her $0 tip and maybe walked out in the middle of my service since she could not hang up the phone and focus on her client! I wish I know who it was that did my eyebrows but I had the worst experience ever here! First off the place is really dirty and not very appealing. Then as i walked in the girl was eating and talking on her phone while ringing me out. Which was annoying but just when I thought it couldn't get worse she continued to talk on her phone while threading my eyebrows!! AND her breath smelled horrid from whatever the food she was just eating! It was absolutely disgusting and beyond rude!! And then after she was finished she just went back to her desk and continued eating, no "okay have a good day" or anything! I cannot believe I went through all this!!
